Our puppy was delivered on the 4th day of travel. The puppy had vomit on him which the person tried to clean him. It was sad to see him in a terrible condition. He was so skinny you could feel every bone his body, he was weak and had diarrhea. We were told he wouldn't eat the whole time of car ride. I brought him to vet next day and he couldn't believe the condition . Vet gave him a shot and medicine to give him for next five days and gave him canned food and he devoured it. I have been mixing dry and wet food and he can't get enough. Vet said he was sick more than four days and only would've lasted maybe 2 days. I don't know if Pawrade checks each dog before they leave, but they should. I don't know if breeder knew how sick this dog was and I was told the vet in Missouri checked him and knew about his skin infection so he should've known he was skinny and not eating. I'm disappointed in condition my dog was in . He's doing better and will be alright. Thanks

Deborah - we are sorry to hear Mac arrived dirty. Unfortunately, puppies sometimes do get a little car sick on their journey to their forever home. The drivers do their best to clean them up but they don't have access to a full shower. We hope Mac is feeling better now and putting on weight. Very please with our new fur baby Stu. He is aclimating well and was delivered with care and love. He is already starting his potty training and is exploring our home and his new surroundings. We are in love and thank Pawrade for our new family member!!

Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I talked with was very helpful and nice. Got my puppy Jeb this morning via ground transport and the were right on time coming from MO to CA. Thank you pawrade. Jeb is very healthy and happy. I would definitely recommend you.

We love our Opal, now Olive. We found the process a bit daunting; so many different people to deal with. I still don't know if we've satisfied all the paperwork. Still haven't gotten the policy # from MetLife. I am surprised at the things Olive can't/won't do: 1) going outside to the bathroom, a real disappointment; 2) cooperating with a collar & leash or a harness & leash; 3) leaving the house at all. We seem to be starting at the very beginning with a 9-month-old BIG puppy.

Pretty much the entire process of getting our sweet puppy with Pawrade was awesome. There was some miscommunication with pick up because the breeder did not have my info to tell me she was running late and Pawrade never updated me so I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes. I would suggest let the breeder and buyer communicate after payment so that a local pick up can go smoothly.

We had some challenges getting our puppy here due to weather conditions and the holiday, but the Pawrade staff was able to switch gears and arrange ground transportation instead. The requirement of a vet visit within 3 days is unrealistic - we are waiting over 2 weeks to get into a vet due to COVID and staffing shortages - despite scheduling an appointment within hours of purchasing our puppy. My only other concern is that I contacted the breeder (phone number was on the vet paperwork that came with our puppy) and his phone number doesn't work. This makes me question his legitimacy a bit. It would be nice if new owners could be in contact with the breeder in case of any questions. In our case, we only wanted to tell him how much we love our new girl and assure him that she has hit the jackpot with our family (our cats disagree). Overall, a good experience!

What can I say? We purchased Izzy, now known as "Daisy." Daisy is the sweetest little puppy, and we love her. She arrived today (01/14/22), and she is playful and so very loving. Just have to say that Renee was absolutely awesome. From the very beginning and even until after we picked up our new King Charles. Only thing that would of made this a 5 star is would be for pawrade to have more information about their breeders etc. Seems like a lot of things can slip by... Plus I think it would save a lot of time and hassell for burning questions from the buyers in helping them make the best decision. Overall though...we are extremely happy and look forward to many years with our pup.

Everything went very good for Pawrade side how ever my puppy ended up having a stomach bug we found out from her wellness checkup. I thought there was a problem when we brought the puppy home from the breeder that's why I waited to leave a comment.

We have had a very pleasant experience with the purchase of our dog from Pawrade. We picked her up at the airport and she was clean and safe in a very nice travel crate. She had water and food in the crate and she was docile and calm considering her flight time and stopovers. She is everything Pawrade described her to be and we are blessed with the prettiest Black/Silver Miniature Schnauzer we have ever had, and she is the 5th one over the past 45 years or so.
