I am very happy with my experience with my experience with PAWRADE. They keep good communication with you during the process. My puppy was delivered to my door.
The entire process was very thurough and well done! We were contacted multiple times by Pawrade staff to keep; us informed on the status of our puppy and what we should exect over the ensuing days. All was done professionaly and with kindness. Wel done Pawrade!
Overall I am happy to have a healthy puppy & with The people who work for Pawrade. However, I do feel that I was misled when I had asked if his photos & weight were current (I was told it was). It had said 15 pounds, and I when I received him 1 week later he was 28 pounds (pretty much double what I'd been told 1 week earlier). He has gained 2 pounds in the 2 weeks I've had him, so he definitely didn't grow that much in a week. I am prepared for & happy to have any size dog, but I'm not happy with the feeling of being misled & the dog that arrived has been completely unsocialized except with dogs at 4 months old & is VERY scared of people. I have very mixed feelings about my experience as a whole.

We had been looking for a new Boston Terrier for some time. When I found Pawrade I immediately fell in love with Lorelei (now Gypsy). We were a bit nervous about buying a puppy online because so many things could go wrong. However, if you are looking for a fur baby from Pawrade you can purchase with confidence. From the 1st person we talked to until she was delivered into our arms at the airport everyone we dealt with was professional, informative, caring, and thorough.

We love our new frisky girl. Shelby appears to have no problems with her transition. She's already attached to us as we are to her.
Finding a puppy on pawrade was relatively easy. The tricky part was getting consistent follow up or feedback on what to expect and when. It was the holidays and I know that time of year can be dicey, but I was the one consistently asking when and what was happening. When I reserved my puppy, the idea was to have a flight nanny bring him from Texas to Washington, however, none could be located so I ended up making the trip myself. It wasn't ideal but after everything, it turned out fine and our puppy is amazing. He is well bred, cuddly, smart, affectionate and will make a great family pet. We are already in love!
Enjoyed meeting Tyler when he delivered Pepper/Classy. She arrived full of pep and playfulness. More adorable than her pics!! O couldn't be happier!!

Very thorough and work with the best of breeders. A couple of minor complaints but overall great experience and very pleased to have our new fur baby!

When I picked up my puppy, she was dirty and smelled. You should implement measures in order to make sure puppies are bathed and clean for the adopters, seeing as we pay a lot of money for certain breeds. There was also miscommunication about delivery services, and for some reason the breeder sent messages in the chat (and I couldn't tell who was who). The wait time for responses was also confusing and a negative. All in all, I liked the protective measures and requirements for puppies (vet visits, shots, etc.) that are necessary for utilizing this site. The negative critiques are for improvement as the site is a great idea. Thanks!

I already sent a note to Renee. We are very upset and disappointed. We took prince to the vet and we were told he's NOT a pure toy poodle breed. We paid a large amount of money for that puppy. We please need to get a copy of his parents certification papers. Yours Becky Guttin and Ben Guttin.

Pawrade was dynamite! It was such an easy process and the staff was wonderful! They are with you every step of the way from choosing your new family member to the day they are home! I would recommend Pawrade to my family and friends!
We are so happy to receive Mario. He is just the sweetest boy. The whole procedure was wonderful. Mario's nanny was wonderful. He is home.

The amount of communication received all at once was kind of overwhelming. I had to wait for my puppy to get old enough to be delivered and then there was a weather delay; so much of the communications of what steps I needed to do upon my puppy's arrival was difficult to locate. All of the consigliere have been helpful in helping find the information. The 72 hour window to get the initial vet check done is kind of rigid especially for those that might receive their pup on a weekend or around a holiday. I was a little uncomfortable with signing the Transfer of Ownership document before I had the chance to take my pup to the vet for a wellness check because you are signing that you are taking the pup "AS IS". The breeder did not provide information on where/how to activate the microchip. My pup is very sweet and very smart and we will have a great life together.

I wanted to give the puppy some time to adjust to us before writing this review (we have now had him for one week). The overall experience of picking the puppy and receiving him was fine. Pretty much went off as explained and planned for. And although our new puppy is very sweet, I am now questioning the breeder and how this puppy was raised before we got him. We were told he was raised with litter mates and people and children around him. He is incredibly shy and nervous and overwhelmed with new people and animals. We were told he ate a certain food which we bought and when we fed him, he doesn't eat and acts like he never had that before (spitting it out). We were told he was raised outside yet he is fearful of outside. Part of this is on me for not doing more research and taking things on face value before purchasing our puppy, but I am really questioning the origins of our puppy...

Morgan was great to work with and the transport team Galen and Rita went above and beyond in getting Bruno (formerly known as Duke) to us in timely manner, delivering him two days early, which was a huge surprise for us! They maintained contact with us from the minute they left until the minute they arrived at our home. It was a cross country drive for them and anytime I texted for an update, I got a text back immediately as to their location and a screenshot of the map on their phone to show where they were at. They let me know each time they stopped to let the pups out for water and feeding and to use the bathroom, when they stopped driving for the night, when they started driving again for the day, and most importantly, how Bruno was doing the entire time. They are the kindest people and truly care about not only the puppies, but also the new puppy parents, and people in general. They are good hearted people and I'm so thankful they drove Bruno to us.
Pawrade was really easy to work with. They were really friendly and helpful. Process was fast and smooth.
