Easy to bring a puppy into your home. Wish there was interactions with the breeders. Other than that, the service was engaged, timely, and helpful.

Overall everything worked out. The pick up was challenging but not necessarily Pawrade's fault, more an issue with the airline. We love our dog. She is healthy and was well taken care of. We had all the documents needed and she is chipped. Some of the policies around first Vet visit were frustrating as we received our dog the day before Christmas Eve and no office was open until the following Monday meaning we would miss the 72 hr. time frame. They did extend it but only after a very passionate phone call.

The puppy is healthy and active, my kids love the puppy. The overall procedure is very time consuming, the main reason is that the communications regarding puppy travel are not enough. And the shipping company sent the puppy on the flight without letting travel concierge and me know. Travel concierge found out the delivery date after she called the breeder, I was on my way to a ski strip when I got the message, I had to drop my family to ski resort, and drove to the airport in another city. Overall the puppy travel is a mess, needs to be improved.

My only tiff is that the wrong address was given to the person delivering my dog so an extra two hours was tagged on. Also he arrived very itchy. I'll mention that to my vet at the wellness check

Overall great experience. A few kinks could be worked out but really happy overall.
There's no way I could have found an Australian Cattle Dog close to home. The Pawrade web-site solved that issue for me through a breeder in Missouri. Banjo was described as a spit-fire puppy which I find to be true. He also loves to be close to me—really into warm-hearted attention. I think we are a great match so far.
They were thorough with all the preparations, puppy arrived less than 10 days after I started the process. Next time I want a puppy, I know where to go

The first person we spoke with was helpful and responsive. Then once paid, service went downhill. My vaccine paperwork wasn't up to date, so my vet, had to do a vaccine, at my expense. So not honest. Then when my dog came he was adorable, but needed grooming asap. Vet said his hair in eyes could hurt corneas. He was way too long. Makes me wonder how the vet and grooming was on me. They won't pay. I wouldn't recommend their services. Go straight to breeders, not someone at home answering emails that doesn't care.

A few hiccups along the way, but Pawrade staff was diligent and friendly, and made sure Cowboy made it to his furever home!
We absolutely love Marley. She is a wonderful addition to our family. She has settled in nicely, getting used to her new surroundings and learning new things. She is a very happy puppy and we are looking forward to watching her grow. Williams transport was a pleasure to work with and delivered Marley safe and sound and kept us informed the entire trip. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who wanted to get a dog. Thank you so much!! Shari M & Don S ❤️🐾.

The process of everything was very simple and easy. Especially with the help of Don MacCord and Lara Bowen! I looked at previous reviews before submitting private info & sending large amounts of money for our beautiful puppy. This company helps us have my dreams come true with our English Bulldog! I found Honest, caring people who truly made Tristan's homecoming really special! Beth helped with answering all questions and was patient with me in choosing my puppy! Shannon took care of the travel arrangements where everything went smoothly. Renee educated me with all details that was expected for me to get done in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. One of the best experience and decision I've ever made….!!!!! knowing that there are a lot of scammer out there but I have to say this is 10000000% legit Everyone from customer service ,transporting team to the management are on top of their game they made me feel like I could trust them and on top of that they made it possible to my puppy for Christmas Eve and they got to me on time… much respect for everyone that made my family's Christmas magical…!!!!!! Bran is the perfect puppy. She's so well behaved and easy going. She's playful and quiet. When she does bark, it's so cute. She's not a picky eater and she came semi potty trained. Her coat is so soft and healthy. You can tell her genes were carefully chosen. Thank you!
