Customer service was great, and the breeder sending pictures of her parents was just amazing. The drivers were so great transporting her too. We just love her!
It was easy and I enjoyed the updates so I didn't need to worry.

Very happy with my new puppy 🐶 the process was very easy and the knowledge and help I've received was unmatched .
Bad customer service they want to send me puppy with broken tail i ask them to change they send me another puppy he is sick he can not breathe good i ask them what's wrong with him they say everything normal when he was with us every word you got its lie for 100%
Thank you, thank you! The process from beginning to end was super smooth and it was very obvious that the pups safety and care is top priority. Even the man that delivered our pup was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't we happier with the new addition to our family.
The puppy is amazing as was the meet up with the breeder. However the communication with Pawrade while trying to arrange pick up with the breeder and making travel arrangements from Minneapolis to Missouri was less than optimal. We just received the transfer of ownership email today and the pick up was yesterday
Amazing, simply AMAZING! The wonderful most attentive service ever. We opted to utilize the service of a flight nanny for our pup. Jessy did an amazing job communicating with us every step of the way and ensured a safe delivery of our little doggie. The fine folks of Pawrade were all so helpful from start to delivery. Awesome! Our breeder has been so fantastic and has been in touch with us after delivery expressing that they are available to answer our questions and truly are concerned about our pup "Kash" and inquire how he is doing and have made themselves available should we have any questions or concerns. They have been so responsive to our inquiries. "Kash" had his first vet visit yesterday and the vet's comments were that of a very healthy pup! The demeanor and personality of our pup is so, so sweet and has a very nice personality in which everyone who has come in contact with him just falls in love with him. Awesome service.

I had such a great experience with buying our newest addition to our family. The process was straight forward, I was updated about the status of her arrival and receive quick responses to my question. I would highly recommend this company. I had a wonderful experience and the dog's temperament was exactly as stated in the description.
The process was great. The driver was nice. The only thing was that Hunter came to me with a respiratory infection. Thank goodness for the insurance. I never received paperwork showing heritage. I was told Hunter is a fullbreed Shih Tzu. I paid $3000+ for something that i cant seem to get proof that he is fullbreed. My Hunter is a great pet. Thank you Pawrade. Send the papers.
I appreciated the constant communication and updates during the process. It helped ease my anxiety.

Really pleased with the puppy itself and all the instruction given, however, really disappointed in the process an workibg with me and setting expectations. I was told it takes at minimum 2 weeks from when I purchase the puppy to receive her and it took a total of 5 days which resulted in me having pay huge fees to overnight food, toys, crate, dog supplies, etc which was very stressful as someone who's used this service for the first time. No one was willing to work with me to push out the date a week.

Finally after a long awaited wait we received Kekoa (nee: Bear). My husband and I are very pleased with our new little one (and I mean little). Our older dog, 13 year old male Akita passed in February. So we decided to down sizing. 100+ lb. dog to a 4.13 lb. Shiba Inu. Thank you again. PAWRADE is one of the best. No scams!
