My puppy is an absolute sweetheart. My only concern is that I do not know how to activate his insurance that came with his purchase. I would love assistance with this at someone's earliest convenience.

Thank you for making it possible for Rosey to join our family. Her arrival was like a dream and we could hope for in a puppy. We love everything about her and this will be one of the best Christmas's ever. BTW, we like the name, Rosey, however, when we saw her, we changed her name to Snickers. Thanks again Richard & Anne

Puppy is 21 weeks and is not house broken and has no commands. Dog was delivered having intestinal worms from Breeder. I would not recommend this Breeder or the website in the future.

So far so good! Overall this was a good experience. Communication with Pawrade was excellent. Everything was explained in detail and then documentation was provided that backed up any conversations so everyone was on the same page all the time. Although we live in Florida I happened to be in Ohio around 2 hours from the breeder. I was able to pick up our puppy from the breeder so we did not do the shipping thing so I can't comment on that aspect of the delivery services. It was really great to meet the breeder and our puppy's parents.

Sarah gave updates along the travel sent me some pictures was very concerned about her charges ( puppies ) and made sure she got here safe and sound. Very friendly and considerate

We are so satisfied with how Pawrade handled the sale and purchases of our two new puppy Shi-poos. Everything went so smoothly. The delivery was great and the caretakers were wonderful with our puppies. I would recommend Pawrade highly as well as the transportation service.

Simba arrived safely last night but without any information about the food he's been eating, only a plastic bag of kibble. I think communication regarding the puppy and his nutritional needs should be as thorough as the payment process. Otherwise, Leo, who delivered Simba, was wonderful and the process was easy.

I was aided throughout the entire process. All those involved cared about me and the puppy(Holly) Thank you for such a wonderful team!
Impressed by the professionalism of the staff. We encountered some major hurdles that were eventually overcome. If there's one negative we would comment on, at times it seemed like there were just too many people involved. We were often not sure who to contact. Sometimes info communicated to one person would not be known by another. We recommend that Pawrade designate one or at most two contact reps to communicate with customer.

This was one of the best, most secure experiences I've ever had. Extremely professional and helpful. I can not say enough about every person I worked with from beginning to end. My little guy was delivered this morning, healthy and happy and I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone who helped bring us together.

From start to finish the staff has been very helpful. Williams transport was very friendly and kept me up to date with the delivery time.

Not a good experience. Due to Technical problems it took 5-6 tries to pay for the puppies. The rep and manager apologized but they kept getting the price wrong, felt very transactional. Communication was poor. We would receive pre written instructions but responses to questions was hit or miss. No clarity on Delivery, I asked for options, then I was told they were being picked up on a certain day. 2 days later I asked if i was going to be billed for Delivery? Then there was urgency to call me to pay and sign papers. Zoom call with Breeder was nice, delivery guys were good communicators and kind as well. I would not recommend Pawrade, process and communication needs a lot of work. (1st of 2 reviews)

Communucation for the most part was excellent. Some moments of silence while asking detailed questions. Just so you know, little Grace is the sweetest little girl (4 1/2 mo, 6 1/2 lb). Jeremy, the person who delivered her by ground transportation was superb. I would give him 5 stars, although I've given you an overall rating of 4 stars. Grace is (finally) sleeping on my bed by my side now. I'm exhausted. She definitely has go-go-go puppy energy; exploring her new surroundings, sniffing and chewing (with my constant redirection) everything. Thank you for doing what you do. It's an EXCELLENT service for getting new dogs to their new homes. Straight up. No drama. No complications. Thanks.

We had never bought a dog this way before. Everyone was very kind, patient, and available to help us through the process. It went very smoothly and everyone was thorough with reassuring us, with questions we had. So happy to have our puppy home for the holidays. The driver was even so gracious to get him here before the holiday.We felt it was a very loving and caring site. Our puppy is adjusting well to his new home. Happy holidays to everyone!
