I have purchased three other dogs in the past and this was the first time I went through Pawrade. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will NEVER use them again. First, my dog was transported when I requested she be flown. Second, the driver is not given pictures of the dogs being delivered, and gave my dog to another owner. Third, she arrived at 2:30 am on a Monday morning. Fourth, she arrived sick (which I was told occurred after she was delivered to the wrong person). The driver took responsibility right away, but Pawrade blamed them and couldn't be bothered to call me. How awful!!

We have spoken in great detail with Stacey regarding this issue and have refunded her travel expenses as a token of good faith. We know your initial request was to have your puppy flown, however due to temperatures and flight cancellations you were comfortable with switching to ground transport to avoid further delays. The driver did indeed make a mistake and delivered one of Missy's littermates to you instead of Missy. Once this mistake was realized, we quickly worked to ensure you received your correct puppy. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and all the troubles it caused!
