We had a positive experience with Pawrade. The team kept us updated from the moment we purchased our puppy all the way through her plane ride to her new home. They sent us a picture of Willow(now named Lola) when they were changing planes. We love our new adorable addition and would recommend Pawrade for anyone looking for a new puppy.

Everything went great from when I decided on what puppy I pick, (Great Dane I name Maximus) everything was done perfectly all the way to Maximus was delivered to me.. The puppy transport was excellent and update me on there location and how my puppy was doing.. I would highly recommend to anybody ready to get a new puppy
Great service. We where originally supposed to get our puppy Dec 17. He was extended to Dec 23. We did get him at Christmas morning at 5 am.
He's the cutest thing ever. We love our fur baby. And he got here so fast. He made it in time for Christmas. And boy did Santa leave him so many toys. 🥰

I want to thank form the bottom of my heart just how PawRade took cake of us. We had a horrible experience with Puppy Spot spent almost $5,000 for the same puppy with horrible customer service never got an updates no one knew info on arrival. Flash forward to me getting 100% refunded & searching all in the last 2 weeks & thankfully I found you guys! Perfect customer service from Don MacCord amazing till the very end. Again thank you for completing our new family of 5 my kids couldn't be happier!! Happy New Year!

Got my puppy on the 28th. She was 9 weeks been asking questions since she was 5 weeks old her name is Cruella. Paul and Lara was awesome to work with they answered all my questions I had might of taken them 24hrs to answer but when they did I got the questions I wanted answered. They went above and beyond than I expected. Now I got a beautiful healthy German Shepard. I was skeptical and so was my friends and family. Read all the reviews I could and I couldn't of been happier to work with Pawrade. Thanks you guys for all your efforts

received lola , good job to pawrade, took her to vet yesterday she in good health, still in shock from the flight , ears still down, has not barked once , did play a short time with her stuffed lamb, eats/drinks well . our vet said she should be ok in a week, amber the 10 month old corgi wants to play with lola she will have none of it , we will start bring her to work next week, as my wife and i are rotating staying home with lola . we named he Lola Rose Lynn. sending papers to AKC s we can get her lineage .

We flew Beatrix home. It was a long journey with all the flights being canceled at the time. But our Nanny was fantastic and never missed a beat making sure Beatrix was safe and happy. Great service. The payment snd pick up communication was easy. Unfortunately, once that peice is done there is no additional follownup to answer questions. I requested a call and emailed for additional information on breeder vetting pricess to ensure the No Puppymill Pledge and never got a response.

We are EXTREMELY happy with Sue. Pawrade, Petpay and the courier service did a wonderful job all the way through the purchase and delivery process. Sue arrived healthy and happy. She and Genevive the cat are getting along quite well. The experience was great Pawrade walks You through the process answered the questions and Hank who was Reml is the best dog.

There puppy was delivered with filth great to toe. It was also suffering from a runny nose and congested lungs which required steam treatments for three days. After having it's feces analyzed at the vet, it was discovered that she was infected with parasites.
