This was my first time buying a puppy online so I was so nervous. There was a little trouble with communication and it turned out my number was written wrong in my file which can happen. But there is definitely one person I want to thank is Janell!! Any time I had my doubts or worries I messaged her and she responded so quickly!! She will always keep me reassured and for that I thank her so much! But we got our Daisy and we are in love! She's perfect!

We picked up our sweet boy from the breeder in Ohio. It was about a 4 hour drive but very well worth in when we laid eyes on our sweet Joey. Both the liaison with Pawrade and breeder were great at communicating and everything went exactly as planned!

Everything, though a little rushed, was done very thoroughly and professionally, right down to the pampered delivery service. Michael, the driver, was wonderful, and Banks was in perfect condition upon arrival at our front door. Our vet's wellness check found him to be strong and healthy. My new puppy is beautiful and sweet. Travel was coordinated well, and she came to me a little scared from transport, but she was well taken care of. I was informed about what kind of food and supplements and vaccines she needs. Paperwork was included in her delivery. We've bonded and I love her already.

I Went to the big box store but they only had 1 to 2 dogs of a certain breed that I wanted to choose from. I went online found a puppy I really wanted and decided to go through pawrade. Glad I did it was a Easy and smooth process. Very nice staff!

I was pleasantly surprised at the service and working with such professional people at Pawrade. The puppy was healthy and happy. They made sure I had all the information I needed ahead of time to make sure my puppy had the best possible start. Transportation ground was fabulous and she got the best care from the people during her 2 day trip. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Overall a pretty smooth process. Most of the team provided fast and efficient responses and were very friendly and informative. However, I was picking up the puppy myself and needed to book a hotel and no one wanted to give me the exact address so I could ensure I was picking a hotel as close as possible as well as make sure I could get a hotel without waiting until the last minute. They did not want to give it to me until 2 days before pick up which is not sufficient to ensure you have a hotel to book. I had to email several times asking before I finally got the information so I could relax that I had a place to stay over night.
