We are so happy with our little Maggie (now Kaia). Pawrade was amazing in helping us find a dog and on the process to getting her to us and flexible when we needed them to be! We are so thankful to them! One area to improve upon is the communication once the pet have been purchased. Once we bought little Kaia the conversation with them was a little impersonal and very one-directional. Additionally more communication regarding the transport of the pet would have been appreciated. but overall we are so thankful to you guys for helping us find our like bundle of fur! Thank you!

I must admit I was a little skeptical of buying a dog online because of all of the horror stories I've heard of online scams. However, this process has been seamless. Great communication throughout with lots of of education and support. My puppy did great on the flight, which concerned me the most. I was assured he would be well taken care of and it's obvious he was. My puppy is already so well adjusted and appears to be crate trained as well at only 8 weeks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy experience.

I was a bit apprehensive to use Pawrade to purchase a dog because I didn't get to see the people I was working with, or the dog. BUT - I have to say it was one of the most pleasant, easy, and exciting things I have done. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Pawrade is top notch when it comes to quality, communication, and customer service. Anything I needed or asked, they were there. Any concerns I voiced, they put my mind at ease. They explained everything as the process progressed, and now my baby is home and she is PERFECT. Best decision I ever made was sending that email to Pawrade. Pawrade was absolutely AMAZING to work with! They were so open with communication and made the adoption/buying process extremely easy! We were weary at first but after speaking with their representatives we knew this wasn't a scam. HIGHLY recommend! They also assisted with changing the travel plans at the last minute from ground to flight and we got her the NEXT DAY! Dolli is absolutely gorgeous and so extremely well behaved. ♥

You have a great website and service. Two areas of feedback: 1) payment in full is hard on more expensive pups, and some banks don't let you put more than $2k per day on a debit card. I would recommend you allow deposits, AND bring in a partner for payment options. Such as Affirm. 2) your staff is inconsistent with rules and details. I was told by one women that should would not give me the breeders info to protect their privacy. But I was doing local pickup, so the transportation team provided all the info I needed. Just extra work on my end to be talking to people saying no, and other saying yes. Thanks! -Ryan

We are in love with Moose! The delivery was quick and he was very well taken care of. I do wish I had found him directly with the breeder since the price increase with pawrade was substantial once I located the litter on the breeders site, other than that communication was great and we're very happy to have him home with us!
