Everything was very smooth and easy! So happy I went with pawrade for my new fur baby.
The first star is because I received the dog, the second star is because customer service was helpful but other than that I was disappointed. A day before I was supposed to pick my dog up it was canceled because he tested positive for a parasite. I had already called off work and had his well visit check scheduled,smh. Four days later when he was cleared to travel we picked him up. As soon as we got home we noticed his fur was matted, he stunk and had to be treated for fleas. He is 5months old and should have been fully vaccinated , he only had one shot and rabies vaccine. I don't blame pawrade but I think they should make sure the breeders are following procedure and taking good care of the pups.

Very helpful staff and wonderful breeder. Thanks for doing such a great job for us! Only complaint is that sometimes the emails weren't answered right away, so perhaps that just needs to be tweaked.

We had a great experience with pawrade. The two people we worked with primarily were Lindsey and Lisa. Both were responsive and helpful throughout the process and did all they could to make Frankies transition to his new home as seamless and anxiety free as possible. Frank is a good pup and we already love him too much. This review could have been a 5 star but there was a lack of communication regarding Frank's arrival and that created unnecessary concern…all turned out well in the end but it could have been less stressful with a couple of text messages from the transportation company. Frank arrived in good health and good spirits although he did have infections in both ears when we took him to the vet the next morning. All he needed was a good cleaning and some antibiotic drops and he is all better. Overall a good experience.
We love our new puppy, she is doing well with her big brother (2 year old Coltriever) There were no problems with the transaction or the delivery. Thank you.

I went through Pawrade to get my new puppy. He is just gorgeous. I was hesitant at first. But the proved me wrong. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone & everyone. Transaction was smooth and Tina kept in contact with me the whole time. Delivery service was excellent as well. Thank Pawrade for my beautiful new puppy!

I found this process easy, but felt disconnected. While the people at Pawrade are friendly, they are clearly busy. It seemed the breeder of my pup was hard to get in contact with and slow with information. I know that my Pawrade rep was trying but it was stressful to have so little information ahead of time. Also, the extra money for transport was worth it but I definitely had to accommodate the third party, not the other way around. Who really wants to get their puppy in the middle of the night? Believe me, we are very happy with our puppy, who is healthy and happy, but I'm not sure I'd do this process again.
Pawrade was great to work with. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. They got me a wonderful puppy!
We are quite pleased with our new puppy. We were hoping she would be a bit smaller, but she will be fine. We got her to be a playmate for our other small Minpin and they are getting along well.

Let me start with the Pros. My pup is AMAZING! Super healthy, intelligent, sweet and gorgeous. The process itself was very easy and the transport company was amazing. They kept me updated and arrived right on time. My pup was clean and happy as could be when she arrived. The cons would be communication. I have to agree with others when it comes to lack of communication after the puppy is paid for. There was also internal communication issues & I had to repeatedly ask for the same information. Overall I would definitely use Pawrade again for the final product. My puppy is a 10/10 & I'm so in love!! I could tell this breeder truly cares for her pups.

What a great experience. My calls were always answered. Instructions were very simple to follow, you have to be a complete moron if you can't understand the instructions. Over the top friendly service. Would recommend your service to anyone
Buddy is an awesome puppy. I'm so happy to have him. He has a great demeanor. The rate charged for delivery is excessive; especially since there was a 3 week delay, initially, for delivery even though he was available. If the logistics and communication were planned better, after the purchase, I would rate 5 stars.

What a wonderful experience! It was so easy for us to find and connect with our dog and the concierge service from selection to meeting him was beyond compare. Our dog is super sweet, almost completely trained and housebroken and just an immediate beloved member of our household. Honestly, the best experience we could have asked for!
So happy with my little man. The breeder was very kind and easy to get in touch with. Probably going to get the next pup from them through this site.
Everything went well. I did call on the 7th day of my purchasing my puppy to see if I could exchange the puppy for a different breed. Someone with that knowledge was supposed to call me back but never did.
