From beginning to end, everyone was so communicative and great. The carrier from puzzle pieces was also great and filled us with updates and details throughout the trip to us. We are so happy Sajee has made it home to us safe and sound.

We renamed Becky, Margo and she arrived safe and sound. Margo adapted right away & loves her big backyard. She is wonderful with the Great Grandchildren & they just love Margo. The puppy is great. I only gave 3 stars because of two big issues. 1. I wasn't allowed to talk to the breeder. This process was good as far as connecting to the breeder and safely exchange money, but all the secrecy until the last minute robbed us of crucial aspects of the new pup process. I couldn't directly ask any questions about temperament or anything. And the questions I did ask, I had to ask thru a third party. It felt more like a scam than a puppy search. 2. The extra cash for being the middle man is ridiculous. This was way overpriced and I failed to research until I was on the way to pickup. Those together made for a bad experience process wise, but I am happy with the dog and his temperament so far.
First thing you should know is this is NOT A SCAM!! THIS IS A GREAT PLACE to get your next pet from. Pawrade did a great job of staying in contact with me and answering all my questions and concerns. My concierge Lara Bowen was the best!! Hands-down the most helpful and informative person ever. The puppy travel liason was great too. The whole thing seemed to easy to be real but it is and the delivery of my pup "BRIGGS" was so easy and worth the money. From Missouri to Massachusetts in 48 hours. Pup was clean and well taken care of. There's many scammers out there but this is legit. It's everything they promise it is. Thank you guys for everything!!

My husband and I could not be happier with our new puppy, Sophie! From the minute we spoke with Jennifer, then getting all the details from Kayce for her delivery, to "Lisa" who drove her from Texas…absolutely a wonderful and easy process! Everyone was compassionate and answered all our questions! Thank you to all of you for your excellent customer service and professionalism. Also wanted to comment, Casey would contact us and get pictures of our puppy from the breeder so we could put together a photo album of how she was growing. Kayce went out of her way to help us before our puppy arrived and then checked on us afterwards to see if we had any questions. She continued to go the extra mile for us even after Sophie was delivered! Thanks Kayce!!!

This was the best experience. Excellent communication all the way through. We knew what to expect and how to prepare for her arrival. Our puppy was delivered to us in great shape and we are so in love with her.
The whole process went very smooth and I was kept up on the process. You can tell they care a lot about the puppies they have.

For years, I have wanted a Newfoundland, attracted to both their size and temperament. However, I was never able to secure one via shelters or rescue organizations. So, nearly a year after the loss of my beloved 17yo Collie/German Shepherd, I decided to search for a Newfie pup using a breeder. After several false starts (including a near miss with a fraudulent website), I lucked upon Pawrade (Cue chorus). Your dedicated team provided regular updates and guided me step-by-step through the daunting process of securing a pup via the internet. Thanks to Morgan and Pawrade, I have welcomed a happy, healthy Newfie pup to her forever home. Thank you, Pawrade, for helping us to achieve our Happily Ever After!

Pembroke Welsh Corgis have always been my dream dog so I'm grateful that Pawrade was able to connect Sally and I. She arrived via American Airlines and pick up from the airport was super easy. It took her no time to warm up to my husband and I... we could not ask for a better puppy. My only issue is how Pawrade communicates. Its so easy to connect with someone when you submit an inquiry but after you submit your payment its radio silence. You ask questions but get no response. They make it extremely difficult to connect with the breeder and get more info about the pup's lineage and the breeder's validity. I believe that if I'm paying over $3k for a dog then I deserve this information? TL;DR - Sally is an AMAZING dog who is healthy and confident. I am so very lucky to have her. Pawrade- please work on building trust and communication with your customers. This is a stressful and anxiety-inducing process. Do better.

Her new name is Freyja, and she is amazing. Janell was awesome at helping fix an administrative error I accidentally made. I wish there was better communication between teams as I had to explain the error over and over again. Please don't make a mistake or you might have to wait a couple extra days. The puppy came in healthy but def not happy. After a day she came out of her shell and we have bonded really well. I would recommend again to a friend.

Pawrade employees made getting my dream puppy come true! They were there every second with videos & pictures. The whole process was extremely easy & so smooth! They give tons of advice for new & experienced puppy parents that is so helpful !
