Every one was helpful, communicative and the delivery process was easy and as advertised. We love our puppy. However, we got our Vet's Health Certificate and Lindsey told me to upload it at support@petpay.com BUT I don't see any way to upload it. So that is not clear. I left a message with Lindsey via pawrade email but no one has responded so that is not good. That is why I am only giving you guys three stars.

Daria, you can simply email it to support@petpay.com. That is an email address and not a website, so you just create a new email and attach the vet records. We are delighted to know Cora is happy & healthy and wish your review was more reflective of our service as a whole.
