They contacted us a lot throughout the process, which was really nice. The only issue we had was there might have been a little too much contact at some points because it seemed as though there were 2-3 people contacting us asking the same questions. But I would rather have too much communication than not enough. Pup came to us in a timely manner and perfectly healthy. We love having the little one around.

He's beautiful and charming but He's quite timid/fearful. He cowers when we walk up to him. Not sure if he was socialized well or it's just his nature. He's gradually getting less so the longer that he's here. I wasn't thrilled with the fact that I was unable to have contact with the breeder. Everyone at Pawrade was very friendly and helpful tho. The only thing that was frustrating was the pick up instructions. I was told that the puppy should be picked up at the special baggage office in the baggage claims area. It made no sense to me since we have shipped animals all over the world in cargo (we are military) and have always received my pets at the cargo facility. But I did as advised. I parked at Arrivals lot and went to the office by baggage claim and guess what? I had to return to my car, pay for parking and drive to the cargo building. It was a good thing that I was early! T/hat said, we are thrilled with Harold, now Ziggy, and he seems happy to be here!

Henry is perfect, looked exactly like his pictures. The only issue is that he came sick with Giradia which is not easy to get rid of and makes potty training difficult but we will make it through.

Pawrade does not do enough to verify that their puppies don't come from puppy mills. They were not able to provide recent pictures of the puppy's mom and dad or have a good communication with us during the Puppy Travel.

Hugo, that is not true my any means. We have a firm no puppy mill policy and our reviews prove that we only provide happy & healthy puppies, which you received and is not the basis of your complaint. You did in fact receive parent pictures after you requested them and we have proof of that being provided to you. We apologize your puppy transporter did not communicate with you as much as you would have liked, however they did call you and provide an ETA then called again before delivery. Their primary concern during transport is ensuring the safety of themselves and the puppies on board. We are sorry you chose to leave a 1-star review after receiving a heappy & healthy puppy AND the parent pictures you requested.

The whole process was stress free and the response time took about a day but over all it was supper professional but if you decide to change your pups name don't refer to him by the name you gave him and my pup came with dandruff or something on him not complaining but it would have been nice to know he had some

I loved that we could watch Toby(Buddy) coming our way. We have fallen in love with him. He has to lay between both of us. He hates it when one of us gets up.what a sweetie. I had the best experience with Pawrade! I tried other sites that seemed shady and more about the money than the pup. I was wary at first but felt completely comfortable after the one on one attention I received. They answered all my questions and were with me every step of the way. A shout out to my concierges Jennifer, Joey , Morgan and Shannon from transport. My pup arrived healthy and happy. I have already recommend this company to others. Just read the reviews! Thanks again for helping me get my forever furbaby. I'm keeping the name Wynter as now I finally have winter in Florida!

We are overall super happy with Ellis! He is our "Ells bells" and is just the sweetest boy. He came to us scared and for a while, we thought he wouldn't ever trust us but he now sleeps in our bed like a bug in a rug. There are some things I'm not super happy with as far as pawrade goes such as the price to transport but overall really it can't be helped there. If you have the money, it is well WELL worth it to use their service. They connected us with a great breeder who still keeps in contact and wants to know how he is with us. He's happy and we are happy. :)

Everything went great, and couldn't have hoped for better communication during our sweet boy's travel all the way from Kentucky to Colorado. Very happy with how everything turned out, but could do with some better communication about how to get the proof of his vet visit and medical info uploaded to satisfy the warranty. It also feels a bit unreasonable to expect him to be able to visit a vet and get info uploaded within 72 hours of arrival, when travel itself could be cancelled due to standby flights - some cities / towns have vets that are overloaded enough due to COVID already (pet ownership and vet visits have sky-rocketed these days, than years prior, due to lockdowns)
