We were beyond excited to have Rocky apart of our family! My fiancé and I have both wanted a puppy for awhile but we weren't able to drive out to different states to pick up a dog. Thankfully, Pawrade made the whole process so much easier by having our little bundle of joy brought to us at home and I was able to contact them if I ever had any questions.

The puppy is fantastic. He is healthy happy and lovable. The issue I had was the transport service. The flight nanny was great however they fly standby so nothing is guaranteed. It was dragged out over 5 days with many reschedules. It was a difficult process that was not cheap. Worth it overall.

I had an overall good experience, although I feel as though the communication can be a bit better. Sometimes I wouldn't get a response back. But other than that everything is fine. My puppy is very happy and playful she loves cuddles even though she did arrive having a pretty bad ear infection.

By going through Pawrade, you don't need to be considered if the puppy is healthy or the breeder reputable. Just bear in mind that you may need to have patience, as each breeder does everything a little differently when it comes to communication, and Pawrade functions merely as the "middle man." If you are impatient, this process may not be for you. However, if you are impatient, a puppy may not be for you either.

Jack is a sweet boy. He has his vet check up tomorrow but the return communication with Pawrade has been minimal & the transportation service was awful. I would highly recommend not using their overpriced, unprofessional & mismanaged transportation. Poor little guy was stuck in a crate for the 4 day trip from Florida to Texas. The drivers were totally uncommunicative & unprofessional. I have no reason to believe Jack was properly cared for during his trip.

Amanda, we are disappointed you left a 1 star review after we delivered a happy & healthy puppy! Transporting a living breathing animal is not like shipping a package across the country. Our transportation prices are reflective of incredible amount of care, planning and execution involved to ensure your puppy arrives happy & healthy (which he did)! From our notes we can see you communicated with the drivers multiple times during Jack's journey and twice within a 12 hour period. Please keep in mind the driver's job is to ensure the safety of the animals and they are not allowed to talk/text while driving. The only time they can communicate is after they stop and have attended to the animals. You were provided with a GPS link so you could monitor Jack's travel and not need hourly phone updates as that is not feasible. This allows our drivers to focus on providing the safest trip possible for your new puppy!

Awesome experience! We welcomed home our new family member after a thorough, easy, convenient experience. I appreciated the amazing customer service, too. When we had questions, the concierge was quick to respond. The portal for all communications was also convenient and made me feel informed every step of the way. We opted to pick up our puppy from the breeder, and that was a great experience, too. Would definitely use Pawrade again!

Spent quite a bit of time researching the site as a first time user. Once we made our first attempt to reserve our pup we had good and fast communications thru Pawrade. Due to the fluidity of information and travel updates there were a few bumpy but maneageable moments with the flight. My advise ALWAYS is be uber prepared, patient for changes thru Pawrade and the delivery/flight when making plans to receive your pet. The team at Pawrade was fabulous!! Our pup came healthy and happy! Thanks

This review is a little late (3 months to be exact) but we got our Leo (then Nate) when he was three months old and he quickly became the king of the family. So much so that he's dethroned the cat and thinks everything is his, including the cat. We have watched our little bubs go from a 20 pound baby to a now 60 pound big boy with so much more growing to go. He is silly, crazy, energetic, loving and insane and we couldn't have done it without Pawrade. Everyone that helped us throughout the process, the endless questions, the uncertainty, the frustration, and ultimately the happy tears when we received our boy never once made us feel like our questions were ever stupid or unreasonable. This was a great experience. They kept me updated until the puppy was in the way and then provided a live GPS link so we could see where the puppy was at all times. Tje driver that delivered (Stephen) her was very friendly and courteous. He explained everything and took a picture of is with the pup. I would recommend Pawrade if you're looking for a puppy that is well cared for.

From start to finish the experience has been FLAWLESS. Jennifer and Kayce were so helpful and informative. They answered any questions that I had quickly and kept the lines of communication open. I was so skeptical about getting my baby from Pawrade. With so many scams you don't know what's what. I was told to trust the process so did just that. My Josh (Remington) was delivered Sunday and has been such a joy. I'm so happy to finally be a Mama and I would definitely recommend pawrade to friends and family. My only complaint is I wish I had more frequent support conversations. It would have eased my anxiety.

I was hesitant about ordering a puppy online at first, because I have been scammed. I put my trust in this company, and so far everything they have said was going to happen, has happened. I did receive my new puppy, the English bulldog, her name on here was babs, we renamed her Lola. The only issue I have so far is I still have not got my akc registration, but I did contact Pawrade, and they did assure me that they would check into it and make sure that I do receive my akc registration for babs aka lola. I will be purchasing another puppy from pawrade.
