The process with Pawrade was wonderful in the beginning. However, once we purchased the puppy we had a lot of difficulty with communication. It took a few days to get updated photos and the transportation process was even worse. We had called several times wanting to know the location status of our puppy and no one had any idea and no one could connect us to anyone that could. What they were saying was scripted, not helpful and not answering our questions. At the end of the day we love our puppy and he has made a perfect fit in our home, but the process of transportation could be substantially better. We were not pleased how the communication went with Pawrade and because of this we will be hesitate from using them again.

We were hesitant to purchase our puppy from the internet but had excellent communications. Remi, our Cockapoo is just amazing. The breeder definitely had his children interact with her and she has been an amazing little puppy with great personality. The breeder had all the appropriate paperwork including a USDA paperwork so this put us at east. Tina was able to set up a Zoom call with the breeder at 6 weeks. The experience was positive and we are ecstatic with Remi. We drove the 1500 miles round trip to get Remi but it was well worth it.

Changing airport at the last minute was a tremendous problem. It was a 2 hr drive one way and I had to ask someone to come with me. Panic. Other than that I adore my puppy.

Really appreciated the ability to find someone who could transportnour Pug Sadie. They cant fly on airplanes. Also appreciated how she came earlier after all was done as she was my birthday present to myself. She is adorable and sweet. Tolerates our rescue puppy we got a few days before her arrival. They balance each other well. A chiweenie rat terrier mix and a Pug. The limo drivers even gave Sadie a bath before delivering her at 430 am. Will recommend Pawrade to anyone seeking a good puppy.

Purchasing process was great. Ground transportation was a little touch and go as they have a very hard time estimating when they will arrive but overall George (Zebu) is very healthy and happy. Thanks Pawrade!

The experience has been an amazing one. Granted the wait lol. But we understand the process. The staff is amazing, great communication and very professional. That wait part is mainly my fault for wanting to have our baby here quick. Everything else, was a great experience. We highly recommend Pawrade for taking the time with communicating and answering all of our questions and concerns. We will definitely be coming back for another fur baby. Thank you so much. Overall I am very pleased with Pawrade. I got a wonderful new puppy so I am happy. The main issue I had was with communication. Both the Adoption and Travel concierges stopped responding to me before I got my puppy. Jennifer never sent more photos when asked. And when I never heard anything about my puppy on the day he was supposed to be picked up from the breeder, I reached out to Renee, but she never responded to me. The delivery people did eventually reach out and they were great with responding. Also the 72 hour initial check up is hard to schedule in advance, since the delivery date is not 100 percent accurate. I would recommend Pawrade since in the end you will get a happy and healthy puppy.

Everyone along the path to getting my pup was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was with the kennel for neutering my puppy before he was three months old. Every thing I've read says to wait until they are six months old. Bane, whose name is now Ozzy, is doing well. I thank everyone for your help in getting my little package to his new home safely

Everyone was extremely patient with me. I had recently been puppy scammed by Fort Dachshund and constantly scrutinized Pawrade because of it. They remained positive and helpful. I love my new fur baby and am so grateful to Pawrade for helping me through the entire process. Leila (formerly Fernanda) is lovely.

We just drove to Indiana to get our baby! They made me feel really comfortable in a process that was nerve wrecking. Its expensive but worth every penny. So far so good, he got a health check his first day home and day two is going beautifully. The breeder was extremely sweet and on top of the paperwork and provided the food as promised! 12 hours is a long way to go in a partially anonymous sale but both pawrade and the breeder were responsive and absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. Thankful!
