This was the most seamless enjoyable assuring experience I have ever had. From the first phone call through all of the logistics of picking up our new puppy this organization has been wonderful and sharing of information tips and going above and beyond. We now have our little one at home and she's absolutely wonderful. I would recommend Pawrade to any one who is looking for a new furever baby.

Once I made the decision to buy a puppy from here, they set me yup with a Customer Service Coordinator & a Transportation Coordinator. I was getting details up until I made that final payment which was 4 weeks before I was getting the puppy then responses from this so-called team were few & far between. My puppy was being transported & I had no information on the company or itinerary until the actual company reached out to me to tell me they had the puppy. I don't think a final payment should be made until the puppy arrives & is safely with you. This company boasts that they're good but they're not. I'm a Client who paid almost $4K with transport, they should at least have the decency the send me updated photos & provide me with details when I request them. I hope this puppy lasts me a very long time but if I ever have to buy another one, it won't be from this company.

Rose, we are delighted to hear Blacky arrived happy & healthy as that is our primary concern. I looked over your profile and your final payment was made on 7/27/2021. On that same date your travel concierge let you know Blacky would be picked up for transport on 8/10. We followed up again on 8/9 to let you know pickup was still scheduled for the following day and once your puppy was picked up the transporter would be in contact. Blacky was then delivered to you on 8/13. We apologize if you felt the communication was lacking but it does look like we communicated the dates well in advance and again right before your transporter picked up your puppy.

Pawrade made adopting a puppy so easy and calm. Jennifer walked me through all my anxiety and answered all my questions. Puppy transport was easy too! TJ showed up on time and was great with Yeti (formerly CH Louis). I highly recommend using Pawrade!

Our experience using Pawrade was pleasant and seamless. We felt engaged by the staff and walked through the process with care. We opted for the Airpanion delivery too, and our Nanny was super sweet. Our pup arrived happy, albeit tired, and ready to take on life w/o a care in the world once we got her home.

I wrestled with either I should or not writ this, but I must let others know, we wanted a golden retriever to make company for our other golden retriever. After days of back and forth, we finally received our puppy, after a few days, I have realized that this is absolutely not the puppy in the pictures on pawrade. After taking puppy to the vet for a check up, vet who has 2 golden retrievers, tells me she isn't sure our new puppy is a golden retriever... Frankly neither am I, I'm of the suspicion he us some kind of lab mix, the disposition of this way much older puppy than what the post said has led us all here to believe we not only got a different dog, but not even a golden retriever, we will love him regardless, our other golden is a spark and nothing but pure smarts, this new puppy is total opposite, after this I cannot recommend pawrade to anyone. Matter of fact I'd never want to hear from them ever again, all my friends and family will hear from me.

Kelvin, we are sorry you are not happy with your puppy. Carlos was bred from 2 AKC registered Golden Retrievers and your puppy is also an AKC registered Golden Retriever. This information and the lineage of your puppy can be verified through the AKC. Your puppy is 100% a purebred Golden Retriever as the AKC would not allow the puppy to be registered as such if it was not. We are disappointed to see your review after providing a happy & healthy AKC Golden Retreiver.

My pawade experience was good the dog was exactly as described and in good health. He did test positive for gardia but my vet said this is common with pups. I chose to have him driven to me and he arrived 2 days early which was good . he was in shock from the travel but he's good now. I would not hesitate to purchase another dog this way. I could have waited 6 months to a year to get a golden pup but pawade had dogs available and at a reasonable price very quickly!

Great people working for you. I've only had her for 16 hours. It's hard to say anything about the puppies health but she seems awesome, very playful and really pad trained. I've had quite a few puppies in the past and to have a pup that is pad trained at 11 weeks that means to me this dog lived with people who cared and knew what they were doing. The transport people obviously loved dogs. They were completely professional I would absolutely use them again.

Our family had made the decision to add a puppy to our lives (our first) and were having the hardest time finding the right fit. Pawrade came through from start to finish. They were responsive, coordinated a ZOOM call with our potential puppy to be, helped us through transportation and puppy-proofing! We are so grateful for Pawrade - and our new love, little Link!

Wow! My experience was flawless the entire process from beginning to end. Especially with the travel department Renee was just awesome so attentive to my questions I truly haven't had this level of customer service in along time. Thank you Renee!! Then there's the delivery oh my she keep in constant contact with pictures text and phone calls flawless. Christina was the nicest, polite young woman just a joy and so attentive to my new puppy. Thank you Christina. I really just can't say enough about Pawparade professional from beginning to end!

Adopting my basset hound (Finn/Radar) was a good experience. As someone who is highly protective of my pups, I appreciate the verification processes that they go through before releasing/adopting out a pup. They provided lots of good information. Radar arrived via ground transport right on time less than a week after I initiated the adoption, and came with his health certificate, pedigree and vaccination record. After taking him to my vet to get checked, he has a clean bill of health. He was jumping around and happy as can be the minute he came home to me. Highly recommend!

Pawrade was very helpful and responsive in answering all my questions when I purchased a Corgi puppy August 5, 2021. I worked with two of their specialists---one to help me with the purchase and one to help me pick-up the puppy. Great help and very informative. Highly recommend using Pawrade for finding your next puppy!

I purchased a golden doodle for a veteran. I will say for the most part I thought Pawrade was a good company. Here is where the problem started. You spend 699.00 to have the puppy transported with their company. I get a group text at 4:57 am that there was a problem with a puppy and there is a three hour delay. I texted for 13 hours after that with no response. They finally called me and I was a little pissed by this point. I called pawrade 5 times and just got voicemail. At this point , I thought I might have been scammed. I got upset with their delivery company and they threatened not to deliver my dog. Even though they were a hour and half away. Some how I got a call from a manager at Pawrade and she was really nice and understood why I was upset. She just wanted to make sure I got my puppy. When the puppy finally got to me, he smelled like he was laying in pee for four days. I would think twice about using their transport company.

Great staff. Great communication between everyone involved. They try to do things as quickly as possible. Requirements though given for the new owners are not able to be done because of covid so an alternative solution should be made. Like the 72 hr check after receiving puppy. Not possible cause of covis so, adjustments should be made to the current world situation.
