Staff were very patient walking us through the mechanics of their online purchase procedure. They were very good about keeping us up to date with current status of our puppy purchase. They answered numerous questions within reasonable time periods. Puppy care information was comprehensive and helped us prepare ahead of the puppy's arrival.
I had a wonderful experience working with Pawrade in getting our new Maltese puppy! From my initial contact with TJ, to Kayce and Shannon, I had all good experiences! I worked with another puppy site and found that their prices were very high, so when I found Pawrade, I was thrilled! I would recommend this site to any of my friends! We are very happy with our little Morkie. She is a sweet puppy who obviously had a good home before we got her. Pawrade is a reputable "puppy broker" that ensures that the breeders and the customers have the puppy's best interests in mind. We had in the past bought directly from a breeder, so communication was a little challenging at times, but I did get the information I needed. With so many puppy scams out there, and my believe that the breeder should want new owners to know as much as possible about the puppy, I required reassurance on more than one occasion. I would encourage Pawrade to encourage direct conversations between the breeder and customers to ensure these new family members are well suited to those who want to buy a puppy. Jennifer, Shannon and Kayce all helped me overcome my concerns, and we could not be happier with our new little pup.

We LOVE Mocha! She is the cutest little ball of fur! She is super smart and loves attention! She gets into everything. Very curious little soul. Her favorite toy so far if an empty plastic water bottle that crumpled up and put in a sock.

Excellent. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this company. They do everything for you plus they answer your questions very fast. On the top of that they have an app for us to be following the driver. In summary I am very satisfied.

Male nanny was very friendly and nice. It seems like the minute he handed Piper to me were attached. She is so sweet. She snuggles up to me alot. Couldn't have asked for a better puppy. We love her to pieces! Thank you

PAWRADE and everyone in customer service including Williams Puppy Delivery were the most professional and courteous group of people I have worked with. Anytime I emailed with a quick question, Tina would be back to me within minutes. When we received Ally at the door, Karen and Duff were so kind and gentle with her throughout her whole journey. She arrived just as expected. I would highly recommend PAWRADE for anyone looking to fill their heart with a bundle of pure LOVE!

Princess is now called Baby Belle (or BeBe for short). She is beautiful and much loved. The delivery was fast and professional. We got everything we needed. BeBe is high energy and pees a lot! This is great for my granddaughter (she is autistic and is mama to this new fur baby). Alex answered any and all questions. The entire experience has been great with the exception of price. With interest, BeBe will end up costing us over $5000.00. Ouch!

Michael was great. I would have liked to have known when he was picked up. I would also suggest sending a piece of fabric or something with the scent of the puppy's mother and litter.
My interactions with Pawrade were with kind people. From Gabriel to Morgan to Renee…to David from Ozark Transport who brought Max (now Haku) home. So glad he is here with his boundless puppy energy :)
Sara in sales was outstanding! She helped me through every stage except delivery. She was so competent and personable and eager to help, I always turned to her for questions or problems and she always found a way to solve my issues. She is a winner! I consider her a friend who truly wanted my best. The delivery process was quite exasperating. I want list all the details In general, lack of communication and not keeping me abreast of specific plans for the delivery. Overall, when my adorable Chachi was finally delivered to my door. It was love at first sight.
Everyone was very caring and professional. Any questions that came up were answered quickly and accurately. I would recommend Pawrade.com to anyone who is interested in a high quality puppy !
The pawrade team was very helpful throughout the process of our welcoming Pete to the family. He has been a joy since arriving with us last night and look forward to helping him adapt to his new home. The only recommendation I'd have to future buyers is to make sure to spend time discussing transportation options. We optioned for road travel over the flying options and the company that drove him up took a day longer than we originally planned, resulting in our pup spending 4 full days on the road vs the 2-3 we originally thought.
Our puppy arrived right on time. All the necessary paperwork was ready. He is a ball of fire, so happy and loving. Job well done.
