Everyone we worked with at pawrade was eager to help us with our dog. They answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with an online purchase. This is a first for us. A couple of items for improvement. First. It would have been better to have only dealt with one person through the whole process vs. having different people contact us at each step. Second. We were given Wichita as the location early in the process then were given the breeders information 24 hours before pick up. We understand the need to protect the breeder but we found out on the road that we had booked lodging 3 hours past the actual location. We were able to change our reservation to a closer city but still lost money on the first room as it was inside of the cancellation policy when we found out.

Pawrade has been absolutely awesome in helping me in the whole process of getting my first pup. Their customer service, billing, transportation service teams has all been very helpful and eager to help. I'm really happy with Pawrade as a service and would recommend it to everyone without a shred of doubt.

The transaction was great and my kids (I have 5 of them) are all absolutely in love with the puppy who's name is now Ovi. Five stars for dealing with Pawrade. However, Ovi came with worms and the vet says he's underweight. He's also dehydrated and very lethargic. He wont drink water nor chicken broth. We can't get him to drink no matter what we try. We may have to bring him back to the vet again later today.

Pawrade was great with helping find the best puppy that we wanted with their vast range of breeders all in one place. Only negatives that we encounter was a lack of communication, and responding to our requests. Example we asked for pictures, we received two the week after we purchased him and then received one the day prior to picking him up. Was a span of 1 month from purchasing and then receiving our puppy. Lack of communication with the breeder as well until days before pickup. Food that was recommended by Pawrade was inaccurate and even the breeder at pick up said, yea you're the 3rd buyer who was recommended that food that he's clearly not even on. One last thing, if an employee is going to be off for sometime, maybe relay information to another worker, not just let emails build up and then apologize weeks later. Thank you.

To say the least, I was disappointed. Too bad, I had 1 great experience with you but the way you elected to resolve a second purchase issue I was having wasn't. You know, I never asked you for anything. But I did question the way the breeder in question called out the type of dog I purchased. And I believe you ignored the facts of the issue. I was excited to go back to you with a second purchase, but, and I'm sure you don't care, I wouldn't recommend your company. I only giving you 1 start because I have to put a rating in.

Stephen, we apologize if you felt we didn't care when it came to resolving your issue. We know there was some discrepancy you felt when it came to the size of your puppy because he weighed more than expected. Australian Shepherd size classifications are actually based on height as opposed to weight like other breeds. We're sorry if this wasn't accurately portrayed to you prior to purchase. We value your feedback and will use it to make the necessary changes moving forward. Thanks for putting your trust again in Pawrade!

Tulsy was an older puppy 5 months old. Seemed like nobody wanted him because he was older than 8 weeks. I thought an older puppy would be easier to deal with and so far he has been. He is very well mannered and somewhat obedient (as much as can be expected with a puppy). Trained him how to fetch and retrieve a ball and he loves that game. Does not bark a lot. He adapted in about 2-3 days to his new environment and now I have his full trust. Vets gave him a clean bill of health. If your new to puppy ownership I recommend Mobile Vet service so the Vets can walk through your home as well as review the puppy toys to ensure safety. So far so good, we go for two walks a day and he enjoys chasing the leaves blowing by in the wind.

Had to deal with to many people. Would be less confusing if one person took you through the process. Only would speak with you through text. I would have to plead to get a phone call. Very rigid.. We got Sox At 930pm on a Thursday night. You have only 72 hours to get wellness check up. There were no openings on Friday. So check up was on Monday. So Sox did not qualify for 2 week or 1 month health insurance. A little pricey too. The transportation to our home went smoothly. The flight nanny was wonderful. We are very happy with Sox. Thank you to the wonderful breeder.

Duchess is now named Maisey. She is beautiful, loving & sweet. She is not potty trained however & that has been stressful. Do not fear, we are smack in love with her. She has a roomful of toys, plenty to eat & treats. The transaction: Dan was great but the whole process could have been more clear & there were too many unexpected requests. I am weary of typing it all now.

From day one my experience with Pawrade had been nothing but amazing. Everyone from my first contact with Paul, to Lisa and then Mary has been knowledgeable, kind, supportive and quick to answer any question I had. I called on Tuesday night and Fiona (formerly Sunshine) was at her new forever home on Friday night. Only suggestion would be to ship on direct flights only to minimize the possibility of delays and to reduce the stress on the animal. Thank you Pawrade for helping me find and bring my precious little girl home.
