Pawrade is all that it says it is and even more. If you ever thought of purchasing one of these cute cuddly puppies, don't hesitate any longer. From the start Peter reaches out with care and patience, walking you through the purchase with ease. He gives a welcoming hand off to Shannon and Kayce your travel liaison who let's you know everything you need to know from puppy travel, to receiving he/she in your arms and after. Pawrade is your personal travel agency and makes you 2nd priority (puppy is #1). Don't let me forget Williams Puppy Carriers is just as customer centric, they bring you pup directly to your door safe and secure. I can not Thank Pawrade enough for the guidance, excellent online experience and for delivering my little man safely and for making my home complete. Thanks Pawrade!

There isn't enough time in the world to truly express how wonderful our experience was with Pawrade in being connected with our Toy Australian Shepherd, Rial. From the moment we laid eyes on him on their website to the moment he was hand delivered to us from an Indiana farm to our doorstep in New York City, our coordinators from Pawrade - Devlyn and Morgan - made the process seamless and effortless. They took care of not only us and all of our questions, but, more importantly, made sure that we were the right owners of this precious little soul, protecting Rial and his safety as closely as we hoped to when he finally became ours. I don't know what we would have done without their kindness and guidance. We are so very, very grateful for their help in this life changing decision. We COULD NOT be happier. Thanks so much Pawrade!

All went very well during the process. I received updates routinely. The communication during the delivery was not as good. I did not hear from the carrier the second and only when I asked. I was expecting daily updates. Then I was told 9:00 am eta on delivery day. At 9:20 I texted and asked where they were. I was told that 9:00 was an estimated time of arrival . When I asked when she would arrive she said two hours. I should have been notified that there was a significant delay. Having said that, I am thrilled with Mary. She is a very sweet little girl- happy , loving and doing very well on day two.

Maren, once your puppy was on board you received an initial call from the transporter giving you an estimated ETA. After that point, our drivers do not provide daily updates as they are focused on caring for the puppies and transporting them safely to their forever homes. We are delighted to know Mary is happy & healthy!

With my experience, I wouldn't get another puppy from pawrade. It was stressful and they continuously gave me the run around on when my puppy would be ready for pick up. One person said she was ready and I booked a flight to go get her and then they called at the last minute and said she wasn't ready and I had to change everything. Then they tried to do it again a few days before I was supposed to fly out and after arguing with them finally agreed it was ok to fly out and pick her up. As for the breeder, they were very professional and made it really easy once I was there to pick her up.

Miranda, unfortunately you went ahead and booked a flight immediately after purchasing Tillie. We require the puppy to have a final vet exam before she can travel. Your breeder was not able to get a vet appointment before your requested travel date and you had to rearrange your plans. We apologize for this, however we take a puppy first approach and must ensure the puppy is healthy and ready to travel before they can leave. We are delighted to know Tillie is happy & healthy!

Peter was my point of contact for purchasing puppies and I was skeptical at first but he assured me no pressure and understood my hesitation with all that is happening in this world today. But I fell in love with two precious pups and decided to purchase and I can not tell you how happy and in love I am!! The process was made easier because of Peter and also Shannon who was my contact for travel and communication from breeder as to what would be the best way to care for puppies. Very helpful Very friendly and Healthy loveable puppies!! I will be recommending to others!! Thank you!!

Delivery was wonderful, Cara was very happy and healthy when she got here. Her records and everything was included. The transaction was full of great communication and the breeder let me know everything. Best transaction I've made in my life with our furry addition to our happy family. Pawrade alone work well all the time to answer any questions and make all transactions safe with pet pay. Just like Paypal, it makes all transactions safe. You're in great paws! ;)

She's awesome go by your first instinct I looked at very little amount of dogs after I paid for her I doubted myself and my choice. Don't waste your energy!! Mika is amazing healthy , loving and sweet natured still a puppy lol ! You can trust Pawrade it's not a scam it is a well run business. I spoke with 3 different people and at first I was concerned the ball was dropped once by the travel arranger thus the 4 I was going to do but Morgan was a superstar from beginning to after Mika was safe at home with me. Answered every question in record time and some so I give it 5. I highly recommend Pawrade over any dog dealer on internet!

This is definitely cool way on buying a puppy online. So many options with the different breeds and ages. We bought our golden retriever on here and the minute we seen him we fell in love. Some downsides of Pawrade.com are : Poor Communication throughout the transportation process. We definitely were worried about our Golden Retriever when traveling since puppies can become stressed out so throughout that process we were more worried than ever. Definitely more communications through that. Other than that Pawrade is a great company with Delivery that absolutely takes care of the pets. When we received our Golden retriever, he was happier than ever and cleaned. Either way this a great company to buy a pup from again.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Pawrade. Once we picked our pup, it was smooth sailing after that. Devlyn even set up a facetime with us & the breeder so we could meet our girl in the first couple of days! Kayce stayed in direct communication with us throughout the entire process & helped us understand each step. Kayce sent us pictures when we were feeling a little impatient about her getting here. We were so grateful & it helped the time to pass!! Her travel companion kept us updated with pictures as she made her way here as well! We are so incredibly happy with our entire experience start to finish.

Whole experience with Pawrade has been amazing so far, from the first day I got on the phone with Gabriel and his help on reassuring me about their service, to the follow up calls and information from Morgan and all the staff, until I got my beautiful puppy, now named Anakin. The only challenge I had was with the delivery/carrier company as communication was not always clear, and the final delivery was a little bumpy, but at the end we got Anakin safe and sound and he is perfect. 100% recommended.

We have a wonderful little puppy. However, there were issues. Primarily with travel. Pawrade is more east coast location. Our pup was coming from Ohio. We picked airpanion air travel. Pup flies in cabin with a nanny. Sounded great, problem is they fly STANDBY! Flights were cancelled, delays and confusion. We offered to pay for a confirmed seat and were not allowed. STANDBY is only option for flight with nanny!?! Our nanny was pretty bad. No communication from nanny from the time he boarded first flight out of Cleveland until he actually landed in Portland Or ( 2 hours late and on a completely different flight than what we had been given) Pawrade hires the nanny service and they also dropped the ball once pup was handed off to nanny. If travel is close by likely not an issue but to fly standby cross country is too much for puppy.....

The adoption of Nicky was so easy and actually very enjoyable. I was in constant communication with very caring staff. Nothing was to much for them to assist me with this adoption and the staff carried out everything they said they would. The transfere of Nicky was a smooth move for him and also me. Lisa kept me informed all during the trip. Regarding times and the time Nicky will get home. Thank you everyone. I will have to give the complete psckage a excillent rating.
