Everything with my dog was great, besides the fact she came home with hookworm, her first flight she was kicked off a few hours before we were supposed to get her, and she came home very smelly!

Brooke, we are so sorry to hear Daisy arrived not in perfect health! I confirmed she did have a negative fecal test right before she traveled, however the fecal test will only detect parasites as the time of the test. There is an incubation period of up to 10 days for some parasites, so it's possible they weren't showing yet in the fecal test. Regardless, we want to make sure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee. Please send us the paperwork from your vet to support@petpay.com and we will be in touch soon!

I had a great experience with the agent I worked with. Pawrade was very informative and easy to reach for questions. I was hoping to have a little more background on the breeder before I received my new puppy , but that's something they guarantee and you get once the puppy arrives. Our new puppy is a Golden Retriever, super playful and a ball of love! Be careful with the finance option through Credova. Luckily I was able to pay my balance within a month, but if you don't see that being possible, you should just wait until you have all of the funds so you can avoid paying close to 6k on a 3k puppy baby with travel. Overall a great experience, my family feels complete.

Everything was great,until pickup for airlines. Was told cargo company had my dog in next town over from airport. Went there no dog. Was told he would be at terminal B cargo area. No one fro American Airlines was on duty. Waited 15 minutes and finally they found him. That means poor dog was in a carrier for (12) hours. Need better coordination with airline on pet pickup. Oh,dog was in great shape and everything else was great.

Do Not listen to the negative reviews. Everything went so smoothly it was unbelievable. I am an avid reviewer and reader of reviews and I can tell you the people on here are impatient with the delivery time and process. They also didn't follow directions from pawrade or do research on the kind of dog they were getting. We got an Aussie Poodle mix and everything from the purchase to him coming home today was AMAZING!!!! We chose this breed because they are smart and easy to train. He has been home for less than 1 day and he is already responsive to the clicker and basic commands. The travel person came right to our door and he was hand delivered. I know some folks complained about travel, but it's because they went a more affordable direction soooo again patients was missing. I hope pawrade gets this to the top of their review list for another family to read and get their new addition to their family.

Pawrade was able to help us find our new little girl. I was always able to get in contact with everyone there and even the breeder. She was definitely a bit out of it after such long travel(we chose driving since we drive regularly and wanted her to be somewhat used to a car). She is the sweetest thing, already potty trained, she loves my other dogs. I'm so glad I went with Pawrade!

Transaction was great as far as receiving the puppy. As far as receiving the paperwork I would not give 1 star. Recieved paperwork for a girl dog when I purchased and Recieved a boy dog. All medical paperwork was for the wrong dog. All shots including rabies had to be redone. Tried and tried to get papers sent to me. All I got was they were waiting and waiting. I was promised even an email prior to first puppy appointment...yet no response from anyone. I even got ahold of the breeder. Only to get an apology nothing more.

Your breeder made an honest mistake and apologized to you and sent you the health record on June 6th, 2021. We have been trying to get ahold of you and left you multiple voicemails.

I had a great time getting my puppy through Pawrade. The puppy concierge was nice and helpful when preparing. Then the breeder was as well when I went to get the puppy, and in the days leading up to getting her. Robyn was flexible with pickup timing and location. After the fact she was attentive with checking in to see how the pup was settling in.

Pawrade is a wonderful service. I just picked up my beautiful labradoodle puppy and can tell that she came from a wonderful breeder. She's absolutely perfect. I appreciate Pawrade's support with connecting breeders with fur moms/ dads, and arranging travel between us. I could only give 4 stars as Pawrade's customer service department advised that I would receive a phone call to answer all my questions 24-48 hours before delivery of my puppy. I never received that call.

After previously getting scammed by a different website I was so apprehensive about trying another web service to find a puppy. I was constantly googling them so scared to be hopeful. The team was understanding of my anxiety and did everything they could to calm my nerves, they walked me through their process and were always available to ask questions to and my puppy arrived at my house healthy. We had a couple of days of being scared due to the big transition but have already bonded and I'm absolutely in love with him.
