Once I made the decision to buy a puppy from here, they set me yup with a Customer Service Coordinator & a Transportation Coordinator. I was getting details up until I made that final payment which was 4 weeks before I was getting the puppy then responses from this so-called team were few & far between. My puppy was being transported & I had no information on the company or itinerary until the actual company reached out to me to tell me they had the puppy. I don't think a final payment should be made until the puppy arrives & is safely with you. This company boasts that they're good but they're not. I'm a Client who paid almost $4K with transport, they should at least have the decency the send me updated photos & provide me with details when I request them. I hope this puppy lasts me a very long time but if I ever have to buy another one, it won't be from this company.

Rose, we are delighted to hear Blacky arrived happy & healthy as that is our primary concern. I looked over your profile and your final payment was made on 7/27/2021. On that same date your travel concierge let you know Blacky would be picked up for transport on 8/10. We followed up again on 8/9 to let you know pickup was still scheduled for the following day and once your puppy was picked up the transporter would be in contact. Blacky was then delivered to you on 8/13. We apologize if you felt the communication was lacking but it does look like we communicated the dates well in advance and again right before your transporter picked up your puppy.
