What a flawless process. Peter & Morgan were a huge help and made me feel comfortable with the whole process but also gave great guidance in what to do & what to expect. My puppy is beautiful & healthy. The ground transport came extremely fast considering the distance traveled. He arrived clean & healthy. Don't think twice about Pawrade, there is a lot of moving parts when it comes to buying a puppy online but they manage it very well. As legit as it gets, not a scam so if you see you dream puppy on this site, don't be afraid to pull the trigger! Thanks for my new best friend!

We are extremely happy with everything from out first phonecall with Sara, our zoom meeting with our new pup Maxwell and breeder, the communication throughout, to the great people that delivered him. Our new puppy is an absolute perfect fit with our family.

A bit disappointed. Tippy doesn't look like a Maltipoo, which is what I thought I was getting. I wonder if she is mixed with something else. Anyway, she is a sweet puppy and the transaction went smoothly.

Marilyn, we reviewed your delivery picture, the pictures of your puppy from her profile and we have spoken with your breeder. You did receive the correct puppy. Please keep in mind that Tippy was only 4.1 pounds at her vet appointment before she came home to you. She might have looked bigger in her profile pictures however she is still a small little thing and likely smaller than you were expecting. We are delighted to know Tippy is happy & healthy!

Finally received my puppy-love the dog very much and was really excited to get her. I will say the process of actually getting her was quite lengthy, my biggest complaint was lack of communication. I had to constantly follow up to obtain a status of what and where my dog was. Sometime would not hear back for several days. Dont know if I would recommend you to my friends other than I really love the puppy. So we will see

We love our girl so much! Pawrade was amazing from having people to answer all of our questions and working to get us videos of her from the breeder and their timely delivery through the ground transport service. (She arrived a day earlier than we anticipated). Our girl arrived healthy and happy and that's all we could ask for. I was so glad to find a company that had a guarantee against puppy mills. We love our Ellie (aka Petunia).

You did not me l would receive a sick dog

Wayne, your review does not appear to be complete. Your puppy Mia was delayed from leaving because she did not have a clear final health exam, she developed a slight cough from her bordetella vaccine. Puppies, just like babies, can and do get sick from time to time. Once she was treated and had a recheck from the vet, she was on her way to you. We apologize for the delay, however we must ensure every puppy is healthy before they leave!

I was definitely skeptical of using an online service but my skepticism was completely unfounded! Our Louis (pronounces Lou-ee) is a bundle of healthy joy!

Pawrade was great. At first I was a little worried about purchasing a dog online, but everyone that I talked to answered all my questions, and let me know on every step of the process. I was also worried about transporting "Billy" our puppy, but I was informed when they picked him up, and Michael the transporter let us know when they were close to our house, and he arrived in perfect condition. Billy is a bundle of energy but so far is a great dog. Thank you Pawrade for making our experience easy and wonderful.

The nanny kept us informed as to when they would arrive. Very nice to deal with. Chloe is a very spunky puppy. Very loving with a cute personality. We are in love.

Frankie is awesome and is in good health. My only feedback point would be better management of expectations to prospective buyers. The sales department implied that Frankie's travel time would be about 10 hrs given the distance from Arkansas to Chicago post vet visit when reality it took two weeks for Frankie to arrive. Also Frankie was with Puppy transport for a week (pcked up on the 22nd, arrived on the 28th). The online system was not updated to share the transport route or any other delays. Again great dog, surpassed my expectations but the waiting and unknowns could have been avoided had my expectations been managed upfront.

Communication at times was slow responding. It made me nervous as I had a prior Fraud experience. I also had several helping so got a little confusing. I was expecting a flight transportation but informed 48 hours that weather to hot and therefor would be Sending ground. When being transporting ground Steve and Emily were great. I will use them again. I got my precious Westie in great shape and blessed to have her last night. FYI! The transport has till 5:00 pm ON scheduled pickup day notify you with the GPS. Be patient. They will notify you when your animal is safe and settled in. All in all the experience was great. Devlyn, Morgan, Kacey, Shannon and anyone I have forgotten. THANK YOU. This is a great and wonderful way to get your new family member. It is legitimate site. Professional, polite try to always assure you as much as they can with updates. Good luck to all in search for their new puppy. Thanks again, Shawnia
