So I have a mixed bag . I am so GRATEFUL for a healthy beautiful puppy I do feel I was mislead regarding his transportation . I was told I was paying 699 for a FLIGHT the man I purchased the puppy from was helpful but he specifically said he would be contacted United with a companion . . I was so sad when the man pulled up in a PACIFICA WITH 28 dogs . He was filthy dirty . I will be disputing the charge of 699 this is ridiculous for a service not promised . I didn't fight it when I learned of ground transport because I was so afraid to lose the puppy . I didn't appreciate these tactics of manipulation.

Picked up Oso, now Murtagh, a week ago. He is wonderful. We drove from AZ to CA to pick him up so we could meet Murtaghs parents and the breeder. They were wonderful. Thank you to all at Pawrade who made this a possible and a safe adventure! We am looking forward to many happy years with our new Whoodle!

I had questions that were answered but not real rapidly and I asked for a phone call didn't really get to talk to anybody except once or twice during the whole process

Jacqueline, we are sorry to hear you felt our communication was lacking. I reviewed our call logs and see we actually spoke with you on the phone on 6 separate occasions after you purchased Nixon. Additionally, in our message center a total of 92 messages were sent/received between you and our customer care team. We're always looking for ways to improve, however in this instance we were always available for you any time you had questions. We are happy Nixon is happy and healthy as that is most important.

We got our baby Jasper now Rudy home and he is a perfect addition to the family. He has been playing like crazy and already started training. I can't wait till he is fully vaccinated so we can have even more adventures beyond the house. This experience has been great, the only thing that could have been slightly improved was the communication. While most of the time communication was okay there was a few instances I believe could have had a quicker response. We travelled to go pick him up so I can't speak on the travel portion of the services. Overall we are very happy and can't wait to spend time with our sweet boy.

When my boyfriend and I finally decided it was the right time to get a puppy, we found ourselves lost in how to go about it. Many local breeders weren't responding to us either due to a high volume of inquiries or because of the restrictions caused by the pandemic. So when I finally discovered the little Morkie of our dreams via Pawrade, was so helpful in getting us through every step of the process. They were informative, quick to respond, and - most importantly - dedicated to the safe and ethical arrival and homing of my darling pup. I really felt like I was working with a company that loved dogs and wanted a seamless process for the breeder, my boyfriend and I, and of course the newest member of our family.

I had just lost my dog of 18 years and was then scammed buying a puppy online. Thank goodness I found Pawrade! They were absolutely amazing, supportive, reliable, responsive, helpful and sweet. I cannot say enough about them, they handled everything for me in addition to fighting against puppy scams and puppy mills. They do everything from vet the breeders, to secure transactions (PETPAY), logistics, travel arrangements, health guarantees and making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The breeder that they connected me with was also amazing. She answered all my questions, sent me pictures of my puppy, took him to the vet, provided all the documents, drove him to the airport and more. Now I have a perfect, sweet, cuddly and playful baby boy and I could not be happier! Thank you so much Matteo, Renee, Tania, Shannon and Mary. I highly recommend using Pawrade to anyone looking to buy a puppy online.

Wow so overly impressed! Great customer service! Tons of advice to help prepare for your future puppy. We are so happy with Simon, he is a happy pup. The only issue we had was he was delivered to my parents address instead of my personal. I think the billing address got mixed up with the shipping address. But luckily my parents live close by. This is def the best site to purchase ur future fur baby from.

First of all I would really like to thank Peter for being so helpful throughout this process, I had alot of questions during my buying process and of course one of my main concern was if this site was legit, I've never bought a dog online so this was very new to me. Peter set up a video call with the breeder and I and that made me feel better about this. ( My boyfriend and I personally went to Indiana to get Koco (pax) ) He is now 6 months and everything has been wonderful with him and he's growing up so quickly! when we got him he was 5 lb's now he is 60'lbs

We love Cain! He is an awesome puppy! He did come to us with a white/yellow stool and we took him to Lakeview Animal Clinic like we were instructed to do in 72 hours. They said he has giardia, but the vet says it is common and easy to fix. If I recall it is covered under the pet health guarantee. So, I am waiting for a phone call from Petpay and then I will be picking up his medications shortly. Other than that he is a perfectly happy puppy healthy, loving, sweet, and very playful!

Pawrade's process in helping me get my handsome, golden retriever was very professional. There's constant communication with me to keep the process smooth and always giving me the do's and don't's. I was a bit scared just incase it was a scheme but as I saw the transport pull up to my house with my baby, I couldn't help but cry. It took approximately 3 1/2 days of traveling and I was given the opportunity to track the travel; it was like waiting anxiously for a baby. It was all worth it and Pawrade made it so much easier for me. I recommend Pawrade to anyone that is considering getting an out of state pet. Devlyn and Shannon we awesome. Devlyn answered all my initial concerns which helped me choose the right pup for me. Shannon handled the process and continued to answer my questions. Thank you so much!

Our family recently welcomed a new minature poodle to our home. I was nervous to work with anyone who wasn't local as I kept coming up to so many scams out there trying to acquire a pup! I read all the reviews and felt assured given that Pawrade takes your normal credit card and not just Venmo or some random way of paying. My experience was fantastic! The people I worked with at Pawrade was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. Our family absolutely LOVES our new puppy Oslo and we feel confident that we got exactly what we had hoped for!

Great communication throughout, I was very skeptical about buying a puppy online - I shouldn't have been. Our puppy, now renamed "YUMI (Pronounced you-me)" is super cute and so adorable that we have a hard time letter her rest.

Healthy and happy Puppy, the process was smooth, friendly people. Sometimes it was not straight forward with communication (we did never get foto updates even though we were told to get them). Breeder information was very basic only. Overall the puppy counts, and she is healthy, social, active. So we are happy.
