Finding a puppy to love was very easy with Pawrade. Communication with the breeder as well as Pawrade staff helped me feel prepared to well our new fur baby home. Only issue was in the shipping/ transportation of puppy from TX to CA. Puppy ended up being in a van broken down and trip took way to long. So worrying about him getting overheated and stressed. Things happen and I try to be patient and understanding, and he did get here safely eventually. Great overall service but transportation needs work.

Excellent all around experience. We found the Puppy we wanted and within hours he was ours. The coordination for the pickup was flawless and went better than expected. Our puppy is loving his new home and is so smart.

Everything about your company is excellent. The transaction and staff were great and explained all the paperwork. Only thing was they delivered the wrong dog and had to return to give us the right one. The only other thing I wasn't exactly happy was the condition of our dog when she arrived. She was really dirty and had a horrible odor. I understand traveling may have been a factor, but all in all we couldn't be happier with our new pup. Thank you Pat M.

She's a beautiful dog, The nanny that deliver the dog was amazing couple. but we were delivered an ill dog she has a severe respiratory infection we brought her to the doctors the next day 6/5 after we got her which was Friday the fourth, brought her to the doctor this morning, the vet said that the dog should be returned because it's so ill. We fell in love with her already so we're gonna try this antibiotic to see what happens I left a message for Pawrade today, I left a messages for the Breader this morning no one's getting back to me. So right now I don't know if I really should put any kind of a comment in a positive note since no one's returning my calls.

Excellent follow up, thorough instructions and super easy to work with. The reps at Pawrade are fantastic. I can't say enough good things. We are supper happy with our puppy and the care that went into bringing this bundle of joy home to our family!!

From my first inquiry to the delivery of my puppy today, I was kept informed and updated about my puppy's life. I have pictures of his mom. and dad and siblings and know their names thanks to the wonderful staff and gracious breeder. Watching him grow with his canine family made the wait for his delivery to his forever home so much easier and more fun!! Puzzle Piece Carriers that delivered the puppy provided excellent service also!

NEVER BUY. They do not care for these puppies. They will lie to you about vaccines, food, training, etc. every time I keep writing a review it won't let me post because it isn't a positive review. This place doesn't care about the puppies only their money. The breeder abused my dog. They lied about him getting temperament checked for him to be my service dog, that he was starting potty training, that he was kennel trained, that he was being socialized, etc. this company is selfish

We certainly do not lie and are alarmed you went to such depths and pinned this on our service. All information on puppy listings are placed by the Breeder; not Pawrade. All communications including email, phone and texts are recorded. We are not a broker; we are a platform to ensure safety, security, etc. all while ensuring the puppy leaves with a clean bill of health. It appears you have a personal issue with your Breeder which is not indicative of our service. We have glaring reviews from very happy customers and our customer service is impeccable. We understand we cannot please everyone and are sorry you had a less than excellent experience in your eyes. But let it be known, we do not lie. We are a very honest, transparent company who genuinely cares about every puppy, every customer and every breeder. Lastly, we do not hide negative reviews or prevent customers from providing them, they are all here posted on our site.

We definitely would recommend buying off pawrade!!! We got our 14 week old Morkie from these guys and been in love her since
I bought a corgi puppy and just picked him up today from the airport! He is a very sweet boy and is super energetic and friendly! He came with papers and a bag of food and the Pawrade team is awesome and extremely helpful; they also answered every question and put my mind at ease! I definitely recommend getting a puppy here!

I was unsure if this was a real thing because there were so many adorable puppies and looked very well taken care of and happy. I though this was too good to be true. But the more we communicated and everyone I talked to was so reassuring. I put my entire trust in them and now I finally have my little boy corgi in my home happy with his new family. I couldn't be happier to have trusted this community.
