Our experience was 100% incredible!!! The process of selecting, coordinating and delivering our new pup was great. We are in love with him (Milo). He is already potty trained which was an added plus! thank you!

Great experience! I received my two Beagle puppies right on schedule through a snow storm! I was very impressed that they have a concierge for each purchase who calls and was there anytime to answer questions. They stay in touch with the breeder and gave me updates as I asked. I would highly recommend them!

Such an easy process and communication was great. We knew what was going on with our pup the entire time. It was more than what we were wanting to spend, but honestly our pup showed up happy and healthy and well taken care of.

The whole process was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was very informative and truly went out of their way to explain the process and answer my questions. The arranged a call with the breeder. Ginger flew to our local airport. I really cannot say enough about this company. Five stars all the way!!!

I felt as though the communication I received leading up the purchase was fantastic. Shannon and Beth both checked in with me several times to discuss transport and tips for the first days. However, I did send several messages and emails to a rep named Aurora who never got back to me. Thankful for Shannon and Beth as they made the process very simple. Transport was wonderful too!

Susan was such a great breeder to work with as we got our new little four-legged family member. She was very communicative and transparent during the entire purchase process, updating us when he got shots, giving us advice, and helping us get ready to have Ted the goldendoodle roaming our house! For the most part the transaction went well. I know there was some employee turnover during the middle of this, so I know that contributed, but there was a span of time where it was tough to get an answers. But all's well that ends well and Arlo aka Brian seems to be a very happy and healthy puppy with the exception of a little kennel cough which we are already treating....

Dealing with Pawrade was pleasant and precise. They do make the process of adopting puppies as smooth as they can. In my case everything went smoothly. A slight delay at the pickup airport cargo area but that is to be expected due to unloading the puppy from the plane and transporting it to the pickup warehouse. My puppy arrived without any trauma and was ready to play out of the box. Bring a blanket, collar and leash and some water at pickup. And poopie bags. As far as pawrade is concerned, 5 stars !!!!! I highly recommend them. They made the process so easy.

The only issue was had was getting straight answers or getting answers at all. That's it. Otherwise everything was great!

We recently worked with Pawrade to purchase our Beagle puppy! The entire process went very smoothly and we love our new pup!
I am home with my new Golden Retriever puppy and could not be happier. Pawrade staff took me thru the whole process. Shortly before using Pawrade I was involved in a puppy scam and lost a considerable amount of money plus the heartache of not getting the puppy. To say the least I was real nervous on using Pawrade afraid to be scammed again. They reassured me many times, including calls and texts with the breeder and provided all the proof they could that this was legit. I traveled from Florida to Indiana to get this puppy from that breeder up there, so even with all the assurance I was still nervous till I had puppy in hand. Everything went perfect. Thanks Pawrade!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for there new friend!!!

Traveling part was stressful.. I was watching her flights and when I noticed she might miss the connection flight .. I reached out asking g what happens if that occurs.. its was stressful not just for me but the rep because they didn't know either.. the other thing is if I wasn't watching the flights, nobody would have known until we went to the airport. Outside of that stressful situation (which she made it barely) im very pleased with the process and staff all were friendly and helpful. We love Annie she is fitting in perfectly.
