I enjoyed the pretty seamless purchase process and the puppy is everything we expected in terms of temperament, age, breed markings, etc! The reason for four stars instead of five is a lack of transparency regarding a possible congenital problem with his front wrists and paws. It is not stopping us from loving him and caring for him, but we should have known about it prior to purchase.

Our puppy is the sweetest little girl. She arrived via a flight nanny who did a superb job as she was immediately very calm without any whimpering. The breeder did an excellent job, she has no problems in sleeping in her crate and loves the car. Initial puppy wellness exam from my vet was excellent report of health. Thank you!

Excellent service overall. Was hesitant about ordering a puppy online but we picked and received a healthy wonderful shorkie poo, Reba, now renamed Suki. Pet concierge, Beth, helped us through the buying process with professionalism and care, and answered all our questions. She was able to obtain more recent photos and videos of our puppy. Shannon from the travel department was veryhelpful, professional, and answered all our questions promptly. Michele, who was the travel nanny and brought Suki to our front door, had allowed us to track our puppy's journey through GPS. All documents and instructions as well as puppy food was made available to us. This was the most easy and fulfilling experience. I would recommend Pawrade highly and would use them again in the future. Thank you for our bundle of joy!

Pawrade does not work only with small breeders that raise puppies in a home environment as the salesperson will tell you. They are happy to support the large kennel breeder and do. I had a horrible experience with them on the purchase of a puppy. And all they've done is blame me and defend the very large scale breeder.

**Holly's review had no mention she lost the dog and refuses to take responsibility for her actions and instead lay the blame on others. This all started because Holly lost her dog and wanted Pawrade to give her a refund but failed to leave that very important detail out of her review? We love our customers, we have spent 10+ hours talking with Holly through this horrible situation but nothing we say or do is good enough.** Holly was delivered a happy and healthy puppy from a REPUTABLE BLUE RIBBON BREEDER. Holly has continued to post misrepresentations and false accusations regarding her breeder. Holly's puppy Swirl had a clean head to tail vet exam and negative fecal test before departure. Unfortunately, when Holly got to her destination she attempted to put a harness on Swirl but she got loose and ran off. Holly attempted to lay the blame on the breeder and then furthermore, Pawrade trying to claim that since the puppy didn't respond or come on command that the puppy was from a puppy mill. This cannot be further from the truth. Holly's breeder is recently widowed, has three kids, her mother lives with her. The puppies often sleep in her kid's beds at night for extra comfort and companionship for her kids and the puppies. Her mother breeds Shorkies and Morkies. We understand this is a very disappointing time for Holly as she wanted Pawrade 'to rectify the situation' but we were unable to issue a refund since she lost the puppy after delivery. She has now decided to spread misinformation, about our company because she lost her own puppy and cannot take personal responsibility. She contacted us after delivery to let us know she lost the puppy and began claiming Swirl's breeder was a puppy mill in an effort to seek a refund. We indeed have a no Puppy Mill Pledge and Holly was delivered a happy & healthy puppy from a USDA licensed breeder that we are sure she would have loved, if she didn't lose right away. Our customer reviews stand for themselves with regards to puppy temperament, love and affection, and our amazing customer service. However, we will not stand for misrepresentations and false accusations.

My puppy was delivered by puzzle pieces transport. He arrived healthy and well. The delivery drivers told me what I needed to know and were on their way making this a very quick transaction which I appreciated. They had his food and paperwork with them when they came to my door. I couldn't ask for a better experience in buying and transporting a puppy

I was very aprehensive of using an online service for a puppy. Had been scammed online before. This is not only far from a scam it is top notch white glove service. Immediate responses to all my questions. Great communication between the breeder, Pawrade and myself. No puppy mill guarantee. If I would have gotten a puppy from a local breeder it was a 1 year waitlist and no guarantee which dog I got. With Pawrade I browsed through the selection of dogs, asked the breeders questions about the dogs and picked the perfect dog for my family. I am in love after 1 day! Thanks Pawrade.
