I'm very upset with the handling of my puppy. she was treated like luggage, was very stressed out and smelled like she was sitting in here own waste! the way that our dog stella was treated is unacceptable and cruel.

Christian, We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with your delivery of your new puppy. Unfortunately, once the puppy has been handed off to American Airlines we have no control over the puppy anymore. We will file a complaint with American Airlines though on your behalf in hopes future deliveries are not an issue.

Pawrade is an excellent company and a wonderful and reliable way to adopt a dog. Their personnel are responsive and professional and they care for their animals and people with great care. If I have a qualm (why a 4 star but not a 5 star rating), it would be that there was some confusion in who was the contact person in my adoption process, making for some confusion.

We were new to this process and were probably a little impatient. It all went smooth from start to finish with good communication from Pawrade and Flight Nanny. We are very pleased with our new family member and he feels right at home, we love Him. Thanks for everything, we will use Pawrade again if we decide to get a friend for our new Puppy.

Excellent service super happy with our puppy. Communications and delivery were the only reason I gave 4 stars. There was a delay in response and delivery communications were not the greatest. I know there is a lot not in the control of the pet nanny but updates would have been appreciated and made pick up a bit easier. Overall I still would recommend the service.

Our family feels like we hit the jackpot with our new pup. Our 15 week-old mini schnauzer traveled well and let us welcome him with open arms. A little reserved the first few days but he got comfortable pretty quickly, letting us snuggle and love all over him. Didn't take long for him to reveal his playful personality. He is a smart boy and picks up on things very quickly. We waited a long time for our perfect dog and we couldn't love him more.

Great experience! Sara in sales was very fast at responding to my messages and so very helpful in setting up zooms with the breeder so we could see the puppies. Morgan from Pet Pal did a great job with explaining the process and steps in how we would get our puppy and kept in touch with us. We used a nanny, April, who was fantastic! She was very helpful with questions and ideas to help our puppy get acquainted with us and our home. We had questions about the puppy and April put us in touch with the breeder right away. The breeders response to our text was immediately answered. Our experience was very positive!

excellent experience with the purchase. Tony was super helpful and a great communicator. Several days of radio silence between purchase and first contact could be improved. Driver was good and instructions about what to do with the puppy after her arrival were good. We have a healthy, happy puppy.

Got our puppy happy and healthy! It took about a month start to finish to get her home. The customer service was very good and there was always someone I could ask if I had a question. They also sent photos and a video when it took 1 week longer than expected for her to arrive. We would get a dog through this service again. --It's not really related to the service, but Tapioca is a great dog already! She's a quick learner and we're having so much fun with her :)

Oh my!! I took a chance with them simply because I wasn't sure if it was a scam but I can truly say it isn't a scam. I paid an extra fee to have my puppy delivered directly to my home. The Nanny was precise about what time to expect him. And Eminem is such a sweet baby he was a little nervous but it only lasted maybe 10 minutes! My whole family is joyful to have him. Although we're changing his name to Prince he's already responding to it. He slept in his crate all night without crying. And so far he hasn't had a accident inside the home I think potty training will be a cake walk for this little fellow. Overall I am very satisfied and would highly recommend using pawrade if ur in search for a fur baby!!! Great job you guys!! Very professional and informative staff!!

Perfect! Perfect perfect little pug puppy. She loves to zomie! She loves her new toys! She actually knows what a potty pad is and has only had 1 accident - amazing for such a little girl! She does know what "no" means, but has chosen to pretend she doesn't So cute. ! She sees herself in the fireplace window and thinks it's another dog, so she visits!!! Her markings and color are perfect! I would recommend this for anyone who is searching for a sweet and loving new friend. Thank you to T.J, Renee, and especially to Melissa who was caring and communicated the whole trip!
