Although Bianco (formerly Bubba) is as sweet as can be, the information given by the breeder was not as accurate as portrayed. Firstly, no information regarding his Microchip was given or emailed to me. Bianco is NOT in any way potty trained with a dog door and although walked 6 times, always went to the bathroom on my rug or floor. It was evident Bianco's breeder Cindy is a smoker (I could smell it on the paperwork). The individuals I dealt with at Pawrade were all wonderful. Gabe from Miami (my initial contact person) was very caring and compassionate. Kayce was a good point person who assisted with the travel arrangements. Bailey from the transportation company was wonderful to deal with and kept me informed about the whereabouts of my furever companion.
Overall we received an adorable and healthy puppy. The process in selecting him and paying for him was great and we received a lot of communication regarding his purchase. Any time I asked a question, it was responded too very quickly and I never had an issue receiving information that I asked for. Areas for improvement: lack of clear information on where puppies are located geographically; lack of clarity on how the transport will actually work (not what is advertised but what actually happens and is available). For example: advertising a companion nanny for flight service when in actuality our breeder would not approve of this and we found out that the flights are on stand by etc. I think better transparency here is required. The ground transport wasn't exactly as advertised either. This was disappointing as our puppy had so far to travel. In hindsight I wish I would have asked more questions before the purchase so that is what I would advise. Thank you!

Every one was helpful, communicative and the delivery process was easy and as advertised. We love our puppy. However, we got our Vet's Health Certificate and Lindsey told me to upload it at support@petpay.com BUT I don't see any way to upload it. So that is not clear. I left a message with Lindsey via pawrade email but no one has responded so that is not good. That is why I am only giving you guys three stars.

The process of getting our sweet new puppy was seamless. Your representatives were informed, and very helpful. It was a little difficult to have the puppy arrive at 10:30 pm but he adjusted well. Thank you. He is adorable.

The buying process was OK. The after payment service was non-existent. Never heard back on my health guarantee. Never heard back on questions sent after delivery of the puppy. As for the 3 day vet visit, make sure you either schedule with your vet ahead of time, or live somewhere where there is a 7 x 24 hour vet clinic if you get you dog on a long weekend you are out of luck.
Get job from salesman B.J to my consultant Shannon answered all my Questions helped make getting my little Dixie injoyable. The delivery service they provide to transport your puppy was great received a healthy happy puppy. Thanks for a great job would definitely recommend there service.
Everything was perfect! They made the process super smooth. We did the puppy delivery option with a driver and no delays or anything and the little guy was perfect when we got him! Highly recommend if you want a puppy

The process was very easy. I chose to pick my sweet boy up directly from the breeder and made the drive to Missouri to get him. The breeder was kind and truly cared for the puppy. The only issue was trying to find a vet who was able to see him within 3 days of picking him up. I was not able to make that happen. My puppy is doing fine. He is active and seems healthy.

Gus is great. He is full of puppy playfulness and just like any baby he is into everything, but that will pass with training and getting older. I am happy to have him as part of my family. I think the trip to me was a long for a puppy (any puppy). I know they do their best and have the puppies best interest in mind, but Gus left on a Saturday and didn't get to me until Thursday. 6 days is a long time for a puppy to be in a crate traveling even though I know they cared for as best as can be expected. Since he came right before a holiday weekend, that makes the 72 hour "well puppy" check up more challenging and I had already rescheduled 2 times waiting for his arrival. Gus is a very lively and happy puppy and Pawrade has been very engaged in letting me know what to expect.

They contacted us a lot throughout the process, which was really nice. The only issue we had was there might have been a little too much contact at some points because it seemed as though there were 2-3 people contacting us asking the same questions. But I would rather have too much communication than not enough. Pup came to us in a timely manner and perfectly healthy. We love having the little one around.
