I am very satisfied with our new puppy. The communication went ok! The people who delivered our new puppy were great. Excellent communication, they kept us updated several times during their trip out here.
Our puppy is amazing and the breeder is amazing. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond. You would be lucky to get one of her puppies. I say that because at 8.5 weeks the puppy started using a pee pad, has a great temperament, and confirmation.
If I could give more than five stars Pawrade would get 10 stars from me. From start to finish, the experience with Pawrade has been nothing but excellent. The staff were prompt, professional, and helpful. They helped communicate with the breeder and guided us with preparation for our new furry baby. The financial transactions were smooth and secure. Our baby arrived on time in a beautiful condition. We couldn't be happier!

I'm very happy with the transportation lady. She kept us informed and took good care of our puppy. However I am not happy with the breeder who never communicated at all and didn't give timely updates and photos. Also our puppy was very dirty and had huge crusty things by each eye that wouldn't come off with wipes. I'm going to try and use warm compresses to remove them today without hurting the puppy. With the amount of money we spent I expected more communication and that our puppy would have been kept much cleaner. I will probably find a local breeder next time.
I searched for a puppy to live in my home with my 2 children for a while I came across pawrade and saw a picture of the cutest cockapoo. The process was smooth and easy. Customer service by Devlyn and Shannon were awesome! Communication and responses in a timely manner and consistent follow up.

Everything went smooth just a week delay due to a sibling having a respiratory issue so to be safe my pup got treated just in case. Very good people to deal with I would recommend them to anyone seeking a goldendoodle.
I love my new puppy! I changed her name to Gemme. She gets along great with my lab and they are constantly playing! She has learned to sit for a treat! She is a ray of sunshine in our home. My husband fell in love with her at first sight! I am so happy with her! I had a lot of trepidation with an online puppy store after getting scammed on another site. When she arrived I let my concerns go. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy! Someone is in touch with you every step of the way!

My experience with Pawrade was excellent. Everyone I worked with was responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. It's not easy to make as important a decision as adding a puppy to the family online, but the Pawrade team helped me feel confident and secure. Just as important, our pup came with a list of all her shots and heartworm treatments, micro-chipped and care instructions. She also had a little bag of food, a blanket, toys, a collar and a leash. The puppy herself, an 8 week old cockapoo, is absolutely charming. We can tell right away that she was well cared for and socialized. She's healthy, friendly, perky and so smart. We've only had her for 3 days but she's already a member of the family. Thank you, Pawrade. I would recommend you to anyone.

I was searching for a specific look of small Aussie everywhere and found the perfect one on Pawrade.com. I immediately reserved her without thinking then got little worried as I had never heard of Pawrade and I wasn't talking to the breeder directly. There were several concierges in between the owner and buyer to communicate. But nothing I should have worried. EVERYTHING was so smooth and amazing. They booked a flight nanny for my new pup and everyone I communicated with were so sweet and through. I received a champion blooded cutest well trained healthy pup a week after I booked her on this site. Couldn't be happier! Thank you all!

I had no problems with Pawrade. I do have problem a problem with the puppy. She has Kennel cough, upset stomach causing bloody diarrhea. to her to emergency Vet today. she is now on 4 different medication. Her name is Kendall which we have changed to Harper. She is very cute.

I wont lie, i was a bit skeptical about getting a puppy off this site, but Eric was very helpful in giving information about what pawrade is about and had answers to all of my questions. After this initial phone call along with a little research, i decided to get one of the puppies. Once i messaged them about the puppy named Andy (now Koda), i had an answer within a few hours of my message. All of my questions I had through the whole processes were answered promptly and I am very happy with their services and am very thankful for them for allowing me to have the most perfect puppy ever. Plane delay had us concerned, especially since there were 2 flights involved but she arrived in great shape. The quality carrier crate she came in and we learned was ours, was a pleasant surprise. Negative: We were not told that we were to pick her up at 'Cargo' for American Airlines, so we 1st went to the flight's baggage delivery area and had to find someone to give us the address of the place to get her.

Great experience! It's hard these days buying a dog online because of the large amount of people trying to scam you for money. As soon as I was interested in my puppy I was immediately in contact with someone from the website who had a ton of information for me. They helped me throughout the entire process. Renee was fantastic, always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I picked up my puppy from the airport today and couldn't be happier. Thank you!

I liked that they included the breeder in conversations so we could get to know where our puppy was coming from.
