WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE~!The driver went through horrible storms and called us to let us know that he would be late but was coming,he got to our home at 3am..now that is going the extra mile..AS for our wonderful puppy we love him..he is so beautiful and loving!THANKS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY..

I want to thank everyone for helping us to receive Rex today! He is absolutely a beautiful spirit and so smart! We couldn't have dreamed him into life! He is totally at home and we thank all of you for the endless work you did to make this happen. From the first moment someone reached out to us we have been in good hands! Thank you Fabian, Shannon, Morgan, Ty, The breeder who obviously taught this puppy to use his crate, how to fetch his toys. That's no accident that we are so enchanted by him. Maggie aka Zoey is perfect. She is how I expected her to be when I saw her. It was great to work with Pawrade. My only reason for not giving 5 stars, is when i was waiting for a delivery time it took them until the next day to get back to me. Every other communication before that was immediate. Also, with COVID trying to get Maggie into see a vet with in 72 hrs. is impossible. I did make an appointment for 5 days after I received her, so hoping they will agree to extending the guarantee.

Thanks so much for all your help! Buddy is doing great! He arrived on time yesterday and the carriers were fantastic! Buddy is exactly as you described him. I'm telling all my friends to look no further for a puppy. They need to go to Parade and will never be disappointed. Again, thanks so much for holding my hand through this process. You're the best people I have dealt with in a long time!!!! Pictures to follow when I can get Buddy to sit still long enough to take them.

Love my puppy, but you where adamant about getting Jessie to a vet within 72 hours which I did this morning and when I purchased Jessi , she was supposed to be born on June 14 2021. The AKC records match up. But the vaccine records were that of a Daisy, birth date 6/21/2021. So I would really appreciate If you would straighten this out. The breeder is Katherine and the veterinarian is Janet Bailey. I understand mistakes, please correct the date of Jessi's BD and can I please get a vaccine record in her name.
Our new puppy is adorable and everything they said he was! Communication with pawparade reps was not the best depending on the representative. I tried to reach out 2 of them with no return message or reply but my initial contact was great!
Great start (Devlyn was wonderful) to the experience and solid completion (in receiving our 2 pups) - it would be a 5 star review had the middle portion were more protective in communication about pup status/recent pics etc as we needed to wait 3 weeks from acquisition to receipt of our pups. The process is designed very well. Execution does have a reliance between Pawrade depending on the Breeder. The Breeder seemed to be to busy to keep us apprised and to carry the ball of communication. This is where we had to request Pawrade ensure we received better and more frequent updates - better proactive customer service with us the purchasers during this phase of the process. We just adore our 2 new "sister Sheepadoodles" fur babies and you can tell they were raised well by the breeder. -
Wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Our newest family member showed up and felt right at home. Gabriel helped so much with finding a breed that would fit right in with us, and everything was spot on. Everything went so smoothly, and our pup showed up from his travels happy as a clam. We truly appreciate the user experience with pawrade.

After much hesitation, I decided to trust in other reviews and happy I did. Truthfully, I thought it to be a risky and expensive way to add a permanent beloved family member. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the ultimate process and my adorable puppy. It was love at first sight for all of us. THANK YOU!!!
Slow communication at the beginning, but finished strong. Cooper is more than so expected. I would recommend honoring requests by serious, potential buyers to see the puppy live prior to purchase (I.e. FaceTime, video). When sellers do not want to do to this prior to payment, it seems very sketchy to those already hesitant to use an online service. I know breeders are busy, but that does not negate the seller's obligation to provide good customer service. Any online search regarding pet scams states to never purchase a puppy prior to seeing it in person. If the buyer cannot visit locally, they should be afforded the opportunity to see the puppy via tech. Disclaimer: this review is 3 days after Cooper's arrival. So far so good!
Our puppy Puggle known as Anne now named Chloe came to us in perfect health. She looked just as cute or better than the images. Pawrade truly eased my worry's and stayed I touch all the way through the process. Thank you for helping us find out new baby.

I had an ok time getting him. Nobody really explained the process to me and when I reached out to Morgan there was never s call back before transporting Shadow. The only person that made me feel at ease was Joey. He tried to answer all my questions every time I called him. Thanks to Joey I relaxed and new I was really getting a puppy not a scam.

The service I redo made getting my puppy such a wonderful experience Sara and Tina were so kind and understanding. They addressed my concerns promptly and were patient with explaining the process to me. The breeder was kind and Videochatted with me to show my the puppy interacting which was calming. Overall it was a wonderful experience

Great I love it
I decided to look for a puppy when our long time family dog passed away. I stumbled upon Pawrade and read through all the reviews and decided to find my family's new fur-ever fur baby from here. I was skeptical at first because I have never adopted a dog online and I didn't want to get scammed, but Pawrade is the real deal. I am so glad that I went with Pawrade! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Customer Service was very communicative and answered all my questions. Pet Transport was also phenomenal and updated me the whole time. The whole process happened sooner than what I thought! Now our fur baby is home and we couldn't be more happy! Thank you, Pawrade! You guys, are awesome!
