I will admit, I was a little skeptical at first. I even might have driven the staff at pawrade a little crazy in the beginning. From the first communication through the delivery this company was nothing but top notch. The entire staff was available during the whole process and answered texts and phone calls immediately. I highly recommend Pawrade.

Even at the end at the airport when Coco was not there at the time of pickup your team stepped up to solve the problem for us. They had changed the flights without telling anyone. I am very pleased with the purchase of my new Fur Baby Morgana (now Bailey). Originally we had arranged for a mutually convenient pick-up location, but that did not work out due to slight health issue that cropped up with Bailey during transport. She became car sick along the way and possibly asperated some of her vomit causing her to cough and develop a wheeze in her chest. They met with me at the pick up point, but opted to take her home for a vet visit to make sure there were no serious issues. They then arranged for a direct delivery to my home which was significantly further away. She was delivered last night and I could not be more happy. Their attention to detail and concern over the health of my puppy is commendable. I highly recommend this option of purchase for your future fur baby. Thank you all for facilitating my new addition to my family in the safest possible way.

Overall very streamlined and organized prices on the front end however after the money transaction occurs, the communication slows down and for those where this is their first time, need at least some follow up up until the puppy arrives.

We purchased our new Lab through pawrade. I had my concerns but they were fantastic. Shannon and Aurora both were very responsive to my text messages, and provided additional photos of our new dog upon request. They even got us photos of the mom and dad upon request. We arranged to pick up our new dog, and once final payment was made, they provided the sellers information, and they provided their address for pick. everything went off without an issue! I woul highly recommend Pawrade to anyone considering buying a new pet.

The payment process was easy and so was his flight to us! Even with a delay from a snow storm they worked effortlessly to get our pup to us as soon as possible. We received our puppy this week. Pawrade was wonderful! I would've given 5 stars, but our vet found that she has a fairly significant overbite that will likely require surgery. This is very disappointing to us, as we felt assured that we were receiving a completely healthy puppy. Our breeder was very hard to deal with & did not communicate well with us. It was like pulling teeth to get any information regarding the transport of our puppy. We didn't know anything until the day before we ended up getting her. All that being said, anyone I dealt with from Pawrade was amazing and did everything they could to help me get info from the breeder.

I was very scared at first and a bit leery to the end during the purchase process until I received my little guy. I was really worried if I was going to get a real puppy, a puppy that is healthy well taken care of, plus I worried if I would get the actually puppy that was pictured. I am super happy to say yes I got this handsome boy puppy that is super healthy and he was the one pictured. The only thing that could have been better if I could have gotten a little more info/details how to find my puppy at the airport. I would use this site again if I ever decide to get another puppy!

Pluto was advertised as crate trained and is definitely not. He has pooped and peed in his crate several times when coming inside after going out. This is unacceptable and I think for the price I paid that I am entitled to a partial refund. I chose him because he was listed as crate trained and I find I have to start from the beginning of training.

Emily we are sorry you misinterpreted what was communicated to you. No puppy will arrive crate trained, Pluto's breeder started him on crate training however that is a process that must be continued by you. Depending on the breed, some puppies are quick learners and others take a little bit of time. Additionally, even a fully trained puppy can have accidents when they move to a completely new environment away from their mother and littermates. We are happy your puppy arrived happy & healthy!

I am so happy to have my healthy puppy. Just only one problem is the breeder should tell me what kind of dog food for the puppy, so I can prepare before he came. His dog food can't buy it in MA. I have to bought it online and next day shippment. Otherwise, he had no food to eat.
