After being unable to find a small dog to adopt I turned to Pawrade to find our new family member. I found an adorable small dog. The Pawrade team was very good at communicating through the transaction. She arrived last week and she is wonderful.

I had a good experience with Pawrade. I received her as planned and just had her vet exam after receiving her on Saturday. I appreciate the prompt replies regarding the puppy from both Pawrade and the breeder as I was making a decision and setting up pick-up. :)

We are delighted with Sawyer (now Harold)! He is brings a lot of joy to our life and looks like he was very well taken care of! Harold was delivered right to our house, which was great! He even came with a bag that included a blanket, collar, leash, food, and a few toys! Overall it was a very good experience! I took off one star because it is nearly impossible to get Harold to the vet within 72 hours during covid. I called four different vets and none of them are accepting new puppies until January. The delivery also made us a bit nervous. Harold was supposed to arrive at 2:30pm and did not arrive until around 6:30pm. This in itself did not bother us, however, there was very little communication about the delays. For a while, we thought we had been scammed.

Very happy with our new puppy Levi. I would say the only thing that would be better if Pawrade coordinator to contact interested customers by phone for a more personal experience.
This was a great experience. Fast and easy and never had a problem with communication.
I love my new puppy. The process was pretty smooth for the most part. I would recommend this website

I cannot tell you how great of an experience I've had with Pawrade. From my initial inquiry to delivery... everything was great! The representatives were knowledgeable and kind. No matter how many questions I had, they were there to answer them promptly. The Pampered Ground delivery service notified me along the way with text messages and pictures. They practiced safety precautions when they arrived, wearing their masks and distancing themselves as much as possible. I would definitely use this service when looking for another furever family member. Joy (who is now Fendi) is enjoying her new home. She is happy and healthy. Will update with pictures soon. Thanks again for providing such a wonderful service.
My boyfriend and I got our puppy through this site. We both loved the ease of looking at the puppy and appreciate the effort and care that the workers put in to make sure we were ready. They reached out to make sure we didn't have any questions and you can tell the truly care about the wellbeing of the pups.

Great experience from the beginning till the delivery. Cooper (Ruger) is an awesome puppy and a great addition to our family. Mike from TeamWork Transport did an awesome job delivering our puppy 2 days before the schedule.
My experience with Pawrade.com was WONDERFUL!!! I live in Georgia and my breeder was in Arkansas. But even so, they were able to make sure that I was well informed. They answered all my questions. And, the platform they use for transactions was excellent! (Make sure you use their platform and not any other form of payment. I have read some horror stories concerning using something other than the platform they provide). I was sent pictures every Wednesday showing me how my puppy was growing. Even when she was in route for delivery, the person making the delivery sent pictures of her while she was on her way to me. She is a beautiful puppy that we have thoroughly fallen in love with. The only thing that I wasn't sure about is if and how I could communicate with the breeder to get specific questions answered. But, that is just me being the type A individual that I am. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.com to anybody looking to add a furry member to their family.
It was a long drive, but worth every minute to get our new baby. Her new name is Chloe and she is a VERY good traveler. Thank you again!

We got our puppy on line, she came out of her cage at the airport happy healthy and ready to play. When she got home she spent a little time exploring and went right to sleep in our little puppy bed we had prepared for her woke the next at 6:00 am and within a few hours she was playing like she was born here. She is happy, healthy and perfect. thank you.
