“The help from the ladies with customer service were awesome: Holly and Lois you ladies deserve a Bonus and or Raise. The one thing I hated is all the paperwork to sign or fill out. I thought I was buying a house. The other thing is getting Angel a Wellness Check in 72 hours. Sometimes you can't get appointments right away. I called to 3 different places. So need to give at least a another 2 days. Some vets don't have a doctor working on a Saturday. So when the pet is delivered in the middle of the week or later. You got to extend more time to get the wellness check. Otherwise, thank you for what you did and Angel is very happy and feel safe at home now.”

“The only reason the rating is a 4 and not a 3 is because of the delivery drivers, the process started off pretty well, I got Winchester ( now Winston) once I paid the communication was non existent, when I had a question I would send a question in and then it would take them forever to get a reply, I had my final prep for the delivery of the puppy, I was told I would get an email, but I got a text so I called about the email the person was snippy especially when your paying this kind of money, so customer service is very lacking.”

“We had a fantastic experience with Pawrade & the breeder Kim. We scheduled to meet up & the plans got changed midstream which was great because Kim was so gracious and awesome to come meet us in Branson instead of us having to go all the way to Les Summit, Kansas, which actually saved us three hours. The only not issue we have is the puppy had been wormed a few times with the breeder & everything looked fine. However, even I took her to our vet the following day and they found she had a bacterial/viral something from a contaminated parasite maybe in the water. After the vet charged me $200 for the well visit, which I expected a well visit cost but then I had to go back couple days later & get the medicine for the treatment and that was another $75. I was told I would be reimbursed & I submitted a ticket with copies of the diagnosis of the feces and it’s been a few days & no auto response which I would have expected at least an ETA on when someone would contact me area for improvement”
