Overall we had a great experience with Pawrade. Our Yorkshire Terrier puppy is absolutely perfect! She is so smart and completely adorable. We purchased our puppy at 5 weeks old and had to wait another 7 weeks to get her because she was so small. Pawrade was great about getting updated pictures when I asked for them. My suggestion to Pawrade would be requiring weekly pictures for the new puppy parents, especially when you have to wait so long for your new furbaby. I didn't want to bug them for updates and it would have been nice if they were provided to us without asking so much. Other than wishing for more regular updates, everything else about the whole experience was great! The breeder was fantastic and you could tell she cared very much for the puppies. Our little girl was well loved before we got her and it shows. Thanks so much to Pawrade and our breeder Monika! We highly recommend!

There is a bit of information overload from the website. When they chat with you in the messaging center, there are too many different people sending you messages like no one person is responsible. Their wording when my puppy was going to be delayed during delivery was very accusatory towards me the buyer. In the future, I will work on building a relationship with a breeder directly which this website prevents. My puppy arrived healthy and happy.

We're doing great. My experience with her purchase was smooth; however, there were a few things that were lacking. The major issue is the complete lack of communication with her breeder after she began her journey to me. I've asked multiple times for more information and received nothing. I know that's not necessarily on your company. This particular breeder seemed to no longer care about this amazing animal or getting her settled once the money cleared the bank. Relook at this breeder & determine if you really want to keep doing business with someone that might not have the animal's best interest in mind. Second, my transport co. My best friend also got a puppy through your company, as I had talked you all up & showed her the ad for Lily & she did purchase her. The company that delivered Lily was good at communicating, allowed tracking via an app & even bathed Lily before they arrived. Skadi arrived with poop caked to her behind.

I love my new furry friend. She is perfectly healthy and happy. The pick up part of the process was difficult to say the least. I had a 7 hour drive to pick her up so I needed to stay in a hotel the previous night and then pick her up. Since I needed to know in advance if I had to cancel the room if she didn't pass her physical I needed information a couple of days in advance. I could not get any information until I finally got nasty with an email. The first puppy I was trying to get was also a 6 hour drive and I got an email the day before I was ready to leave to let me know that it didn't pass her physical. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund not that hotel but only because I have stayed there many times in the past. Unfortunately, I could get a refund on the specialty food. The other supplies worked out since I looked for another girl. This needs to be worked out! This is why I am only a 3 star and not a 5 star.

Great company put us at ease with the process we got q great corgi pup!!i was nervouse it was a scam but its not ! Had great cust service and 5he transport company was great 2!i asked alot of questions eveything was answered.our vet who is a close gamily friend said the pup was great , alert ,happy ,gteat ears eys ect over all she was delighted how great she was ( she was afraid it might b a puppy mill puppy)but she said how great her feet , social amd interactive, she said this puppy was definatly from a family ! We are very happy ! Yes she was alot of money , but you get what u pay for !

Very happy with the process and the attention to detail. We picked up our puppy personally and were very satisfied that the breeder was in fact a hobby breeder. The pup was well socialized and he is about 80 percent potty trained. Very happy with the little guy and his progress in less than a week.
