HAD TO CUDDLE HER, BUT SHE JUST WANTED TO GO PLAY WITH HER SISTERS. BOTH THIS MORNING HAVE NOT EATTEN, BUT MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM THE NUTRI-CAL. BELLIES ARE STILL FULL. THEY ARE ASLEEP. It’s was a horrible experience from beginning to end. On top of that my puppy definitely came from a puppy mill. I have spent over $6k in helping him get over his fear aggression. I wish you would go out of business

Parade was great to work with in regards to finding my puppy. I felt safe during the process that I wasn't being scammed since there is so much fraud these days. They responded to all my questions quickly and reached out to me via phone calls to ensure all my questions were answered. I recommend them if you are looking for a puppy from a breeder.

Everything I was told was not necessarily the truth. I was told that I would get a call as soon as my puppy was in route, and this was not so. I was told that the drivers would call me periodically and that did not happen. On the website it said that this dog was housebroken and cat friendly. Neither of these are true. Although I've already fallen in love with the dog, I have a long road ahead of me to undo 6 months of not being housebroken. I am not necessarily happy with this service. Also, during yesterday's vet wellness checkup I was informed that there is no record of the dog having had his kennel cough shot. I was informed at the dog was not even going to be allowed to travel without a kennel cough shot, so this makes me somewhat nervous also. Overall, the people that I did communicate with were very nice and friendly, but I do think there should be more communication during the transportation process.

Pawrade did amazing getting my puppy delivered to me safely! They had very good communication throughout the whole process. I will say that I am a very impatient person. They were patient with me and understanding when I was texting them every day with questions. Tony (puppy concierge) was amazing, he answered any questions/concerns I had, he was extremely kind and made the start of this process super easy. Tony walked me through everything I needed to do and assisted in any way he could. Tania (program director) and Cindy (travel concierge) were amazingly helpful, I could text at anytime and they would text me back as soon as they could. I’m not sure if it was Pawrade’s decision or the breeders decision to go through Sweet Briar Animal Transportation but either way, Sweet Briar did an outstanding job. Everything we were told about delivery was false. We were told pickup of the puppy would be within a week of purchase and delivery would take 2-3 days. We ended up getting the puppy 3 weeks later. The pickup got moved out over a week and when they finally delivered her it took 5 days to drive from Kansas to Florida. Also, every ETA we got was wrong. Started at Saturday but that turned into Sunday evening, which turned into 5 am Monday morning. The driver went to the wrong house and then when he did pull up, he didnt even come to the door. My wife went out to wave him down and he just got out and handed the puppy to her and left. He was supposed to get a valid ID from the purchaser, which was me. Basically, he handed over the puppy to a unverified stranger on the street at 5 am. If ANY of these things were communicated to me was possible, I would have flew to Kansas 3 weeks earlier and got her myself. We googled the driver's name and number and he had multiple bad reviews.

the reps continually spoke to my husband instead of me. i paid for the dog and i am taking care of the dog. i asked THREE times to have his information remover (he was the one who inquired about the dog), and i was reassured his info was removed. however, it was NOT removed and probably still isnt. the day we received the call to go over travel and steps once puppy is received, my husband still received a call. i will never purchase a dog from here again and ill be sure to tell my friends and family as well.
