I was worried the whole time because her departure date had a weather forecast of snow on that day and the next. It was a long trip from Missouri to Woodstock, NY. I was kept informed when I asked about their progress and I was elated when my little puppy arrived safe and sound ...pretty much on schedule. My puppy was a tiny little puppy and required white glove treatment ...which she received. She Aced her wellness exam and the vet said I have a very happy healthy puppy. I can't thank you enough. “I was a bit nervous about doing this online but my daughter suggested it and I thought I would give it a try. When I selected Tessy, it was wonderful from the very beginning. They got back to me to let me know Tessy was still available and gave me the next steps. All very helpful, very friendly. I was not available to take her at the time she was delivered, so I asked to delay delivery and the breeder had no problem keeping her for a few more weeks with a very minimal charge. I was very anxious to see how she was doing during that time and they communicated with breeder, sent me a current video and new weight. When delivery was scheduled, it was very fast. They travel 24/7 so it is easier on the pet. It was amazing to receive our little Tessy from loving people! We are on day 5 and Tessy is at least 85% potty trained.
