Overall great experience. We were a bit concerned at the start when we weren’t able to get in contact with the breeder but the Pawrade team eased our minds by providing as much information as possible and answered all of our questions. We would definitely use the service again.

I am so very happy with my sweet little Izabella (changed from Bonnie) She is everything I have dreamed of and then some. I only wish some one would have advised me to purchase an older puppy (say 8 wks instead of 5 wks) thus the star rating. I had to wait 23 days to get my puppy and she was paid in full. Everyone was so secretive that it made the wait excruciating. I would strongly advise anyone getting a puppy to get one that's ready to go. Pawrade is a reputable site but waiting is scary and makes you suspicious and upset.

The process for purchasing is good…. On the otherhand, getting in touch with someone (representative) during and after the sale is difficult….. We would like to know or understand a few after delivery procedures…. Tori a/k/a Dixie Mae after just 24 hours is at the Veterinary Hospital with Parvo….. They are giving her a 50/50 chance for survival….. This is our second dog from Pawrade…. Arnold Whitson 662-538-4580

All and all the experience was really good. Once we got home and was able to really assess the puppy, she had some fur matting that needed to be addressed because she had never been groomed. Other than that, we were so happy that parade helped us to find her! Thank you for your level of commitment in helping us find our baby!

As far as paying for the puppy, making sure we are getting the correct puppy and picking the puppy up through the breeder was all great five star the communication between Pawade and the customers not even a half a star very unprofessional but everything else was great. we love the puppy

Best place to get your new fur baby. The staff may the process easy and the breeder made every effort to send up-to-date pics/videos until our fur baby was in my arms. Highly recommended.
Pawrade provided an excellent job in all aspects of obtaining a top-notch puppy. I am very impressed with all your staff in our interactions and their help. I am most impressed with the care and diligence in ensuring that I received a healthy animal and I am apprised of all of my responsibilities as a fur baby parent. My little Poppy is a joy in my life. I (we) are so pleased with our new puppy Murphy. Every step was carefully explained, and the delivery process and communication couldn't have been better. He is 14 weeks and is very social and a little mischievous. We received our puppy Trixie a fawn dachshund at 5:30 am She was adorable in the arms of the gentleman who had transported her with other puppies that were being delivered Her papers in snd and a bag of food I signed for her and he was off to his next stop. Very happy with Pawrades standard of security to whom is buying the puppy online I was able to chat with the representative for questions I had I had bought our last puppy off Puppy Spot Very similar experience I highly recommend

One of the reps was repeatedly non-responsive. I had asked for pictures of parents, along with another two pieces of info and had to hunt her down for a reply. Once I received an ETA for delivery, it was 7-11pm this past Friday (the night of Labor Day Weekend)-I asked if the 3-day "calendar" policy for a wellness visit, could be changed, given I had to move my established vet appointment from Friday morning to a holiday weekend appointment. She never replied and luckily I figured it out. Aside from all of this, there were a lot of hidden fees that would not exist. I could have gone to a pet store for less fees (which is not the route I wanted to take). The delivery service was fantastic, which is the only reason I've rated this 2 stars.

Felix was exactly as described when I spoke to the breeder directly to ensure some things I was looking for. He is the easiest puppy I've ever had and easily integrated with my other Bichons and small animals at home! We absolutely adore him! Breeder accomodated my flight plans and met me at the airport, and those I had contact with at Pawrade were super helpful. Thank you!!

Everything was fantastic. It felt like a risk spending so much money for a puppy so far away, but the transaction went very smoothly. The communication was excellent throughout the process, and even though they were coming all the way from Missouri to Washington state, the trip only took a few days. Most importantly, our new puppy arrived healthy and happy and had clearly been well taken care of on the trip. Thank you so much to all the wonderful folks at Pawrade for making this such a great experience!

I was happy with the help you all gave me finding a new forever buddy for me. He is a super great puppy. He was raised well so when we got him he was already on his way to listening and learning . The people I got him from were awesome too. Their daughter said she helped teach him how to sit and shake. The puppy is already on his way to being a great dog . I love him. Couldn't have asked for a better puppy.
