“While your system of "handoffs" during the entire process is a bit confusing, at first, we found it actually is pretty efficient and improved our process of checking in with whomever was in charge of the next step in the process. You probably could orient a new customer to how this will all work. We particularly appreciated the relative ease we experienced when it became obvious that our first puppy choice involved a breeder that appeared to be unable to handle the process due to what appeared to be diminished capacity. We are very happy with our new selection of Gendry, whom we renamed as Toby. We are particularly happy with the breeder. She has been very helpful throughout the process of getting Toby from Kansas to Southern CA and has been willing to follow-up with us since our pickup near the Kansas City airport. We just had a phone call interaction with her again today. She is always helpful in answering our questions.”

We chose him at about seven weeks old, and received him at the airport one day before he turned ten weeks old.
