Everyone I dealt with was warm and caring from my first query until Dally, now Quinn, was in my arms. They responded quickly to all my emails and providing me with important information, ie NuCal. I fell in love with his picture and he is absolutely perfect. If he isn't playing or eating, he is cuddling in my lap. He is very intelligent and has learned his new name, sit, come and potty. I would highly recommend this company when searching for their forever pet.

Honestly things seem skeptical when dealing with the internet and there are a lot of scam artists trying to sell puppies. But since I've received my pup, I'm extremely happy with the outcome. So I would definitely recommend going through pawrade for anyone looking for a furry family member.

Pawrade Correspondence was timely by phone and text. Coordination with breeder was good. Purchase of pet was easy and secure once your account is set up online. Pet transport by ground to your home, was secure and convenient. Gave 4 stars because pawrade limits time on phone with breeder, and stays on recorded line. After pup sale was complete, pawrade was not really watching buyers text comments which caused confusion and extra work on buyer. Specifically not telling me that the breeder would not bring pup to the airport until it was posted 2 days later. By then, a plane ticket was purchased, then had to be cancelled. This added stress to a happy buying experience. The company has implemented security measures so buyers avoid fraud. Overall, I would highly recommend Pawrade.

I was a little concerned about how things would work, but the process went smoothly, especially during the pandemic. Munch arrived in good shape and fit right in with the household. He was described as laid back and sweet and he certainly is. He attached to us right away and is gentle with some occasional puppy high spirits. The breeder is obviously excellent.

The breeder and the payment company were very friendly, professional, hospitable, and communicative. My puppy is a sweet, intelligent, playful angel. The breeder sent photos and a brief update about her growth once every week until shipment. I was grateful to have these nearly real-time updates of her growth both physically and her personality. I was warned she was a diva (in a cute way) and loves to snuggle, both definitely true. Thank you for helping me welcome my new little best friend safely and lovingly into her forever home (/castle). :)

This was one of the best decisions that we ever made! They were very prompt in answering all my questions and the response time was really quick. I had a ton of questions before I bought my furry baby home and they patiently answered all my questions. The Petpay was a great way to make secure payments. One of my greatest concerns was to make an online purchase but having reviewed through the petpay option, I was comfortable to buy Trigger online. Trigger looked exactly like the pictures listed and they gave us a health certificate and microchip information. We asked for a contactless delivery and they respected our choice and the delivery met all our needs. Highly recommend Pawrade !!!
