I really must say, from the time we reserved October until the day he was safely delivered to us, we received nothing but the best services. Every week, we received pictures of our baby, we were assigned a personal contact person if we needed questions answered and when he was picked up for delivery, we received pampered services, along with pictures. When my husband found this site online, I was skeptical of purchasing a dog online and so far away, but in the end, it was worth every penny. My sons are so excited to have October/Duke home and we can't stop spoiling him. Thank you for your professionalism in making my family dreams come true with owning a full breed German Shepherd. You ALL Rock!!

OMG I was so skeptical about the whole transaction because of all the scams out here! My pup was a signature pup and EVERYTHING turned out to be fine!! I did get irritated at one point because I didn't have any contact with the breeder to receive video of my pup nor more than 2 pics which was not right in my opinion, which was the reason for 4 stars. If it wasn't for that part I would definitely go through this site again. I will try to understand that we are making a huge purchase of such you should be able to talk with the breeder more and have more virtual experience with the pup up until they are in your arms. Other than that My cockapoo is perfect in great health the breeder is awesome because the pub mannerism at her age is phenomenal and you can tell she was loved and socialized before arriving at her forever home!!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Pawrade. We found our perfect puppy (Cavapoo) through the organization. Their representatives were responsive and quite helpful in assisting us throughout the process. It was important to us to find a quality puppy and not support puppy mills. The breeder of our puppy went out of her way to arrange the transfer as convenient as possible. We took our puppy into the vet today. She is in perfect health and was loved by all the staff. She is quite social and is not afraid of our German Shepherd. So thank you Pawrade for the work that you do in preserving the integrity of the breeding of dogs, etc. and in connecting perfect puppies with their forever homes.

I was hesitant to spend so much money on a puppy so many miles away, but Brian put me at ease and everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. The pup was several hours late being delivered, due to traffic and a storm, but the delivery people were so nice and caring. The pup is everything I could have asked for. He's so lively and is pretty well behaved, for a 13 week old pup! He doesn't cry when left alone and is wanting to be friends with our 5 year old rescue. I've had dachshunds forever, but never a male or one quite this young and active - he's a beauty and I just love him to pieces. Can't say enough good things about the pup or Pawrade.

Process was a bit confusing at times - the timeline was not always specified for when certain things were due to be submitted, when we would next hear from you, and what the next steps would look like. Some things were specified in this manner, which I really enjoyed, but some were not! To make up for this, however, the support team responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner for every question I had along the way! They helped answer all of my concerns, and responded typically within an hour, which was amazing!

Honestly, I am quite surprised with how seamless it was to get my pup through Pawrade. When I emailed support, they were quick and professional. When I get another puppy so my little guy can have a mate, I will definitely be using Pawrade.

Love Bo but unhappy with fur babies. The driver wasn't even sure which dog was ours. They were late and Lori told me that she texted me which she didn't. I called her to find out were they were. I understand traffic delays, but I didn't get a text on it.

The puppy is gorgeous. He did have worms when I got him and coxidia (sp?) but the vet took care of it. I would have liked to have had a update picture every week because I waited a month and he changed a lot. I was nervous buying online but when he arrived I was ecstatic! It was real!!!! thank you for my beautiful boy.
