It takes all the worry and frustration of finding reputable breeders and financial concerns away, leaving you with only the excitement of getting a new puppy. The breeder was amazing and accomodating to our schedule and any/all questions we had. Thank you to Pawrade for our amazing Beagle puppy. To be honest I was a little nervous ordering a pet online. Thankfully the staff helped me feel comfortable with the process. The staff was always quick to respond about any concerns I had and they always went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. For instance, our puppy was only 4 weeks when we picked her and she couldn't be delivered for another 4 weeks. They were able to get me some updated pictures of our puppy around Christmas time so I could surprise the kids. Thank you again. Our family is beyond excited for our newest addition.

We are ecstatic to finally get our little Miss Jane. I'm very pleased with the whole process and would do it again. Everyone in the process cared, and the communication was excellent. Exciting times for Us, and Memories already being made. The Delivery process from Tennessee to Denver CO was exceptional with little to no stress on our girl. I had a really good experience purchasing this puppy through Pawrade and found their staff to be responsive and professional and the communication to be smooth. One suggestion for improvement would be to have a designated point of contact assigned for the entire duration of the process instead of assigning 3-4 people to one customer at different points during the process and for different reasons.
