Everything went smoothly except Milo came earlier than expected but I was ready. Everyone I spoke to and the gentleman that delivered Milo to me were all exceptional. Thanks so much for everything. Milo is sleeping on my foot right now. That means I get a minute to work (lol).
We bought Joyce - now Bagel - trough Pawrade and buying a dog online without seeing her first was scary and daunting but the team kept us informed and about our dog and her progress. Our dog is happy, healthy and full of energy and we love her.
Completely effortless and process, thorough and complete for new dog owners. Communication throughout the process was regular and on point, and follow-up was flawless.

Had a great experience with pawrade. I love my new puppy! They helped ease my nerves about buying from a 3rd party. Tania was great and answered all the questions I had. Only thing was I had to pay for some shots during the very visit that I thought would already be paid for but because I got the puppy at a certain age it was time to get the shots on my own!! Thanks again!!!
My puppy is great, but the process was often not what I had hoped. I did not receive pictures or videos when requested and the delivery time was changed so I had to pay an additional $350 in order to get my puppy when expected. This is not a scam but I have to admit that some of the delays and changes made me concerned during the process.
I finally received the adorable puppy last week. She is wonderful ! We are bonding quickly and learning each other's habits/needs. She likes to play, ride in the car and meet people on her walks. The Vet says she is doing fine. Thank you for this opportunity to raise a valued member of our household!

From start to finish, this was a wonderful, professional transaction! The breeder answered my questions, the kind and caring delivery couple drove her from MO to NY for us. Skye, our new mini Australian Shepherd has been with us for 5 days, she is a well behaved, sweet & beautiful dog and she has already brought our family so much joy! I recommend all of it!

We had a great experience with Tania from Pawrade. She was the go-between for us and the breeder. She answered all our questions, returned our calls and we felt very secure in dealing with this company. I do wish you could have more interaction with the breeder directly but we were able to get videos sent twice so we could see the puppy. All in all it was an easy process and I would totally trust the company to do it again.

We have been happy from the first inquiry with Pawrade. We were able to talk to the breeder directly which was a major factor in our decision. Every site that we had looked at in a radius of 300 miles from us had waiting lists, but worse was the arrogance of these sites. The Pawrade people were quick to respond to every question and did so with a helpful attitude. Our pup is exactly as advertised.
It was a great experience! I wasn't sure about how it would work but everyone was helpful!

From the moment we laid eyes on Lucas we knew he was the perfect addition to our family. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process start to finish. Talking to both Tayna from Pawrade as well as the direct breeder on a regular basis made everything go so smoothly and without incident. The delivery was a peice of cake and he even arrived EARLY! We could not be happier and so far we have a really good tempered puppy. We are so excited and recommend this site to anyone looking to add a furry little friend to their home.

I highly recommend PawRade, in particular with Tanya, my conceirge....I had dealings with other pet finder searches, including rescues, shelters, etc., and one in particular was unethical and cost us $350, others were not very hands on and responsive like PawRade.

Was a little nervous at first about going through an online pet service but after one text then a phonecall all my worries were gone.I spoke and dealt with Tania and Beth and communication was quick and all questioned were answered asap. We bought an 8week old beagle named Nala and we are more than happy and would recommend this service to everyone looking for a pet who doesn't want to deal with and hassles or worry about being scammed. Everything was fast,easy and clear as far as the process from buying to recieving our puppy! Thanks again! And I will absolutely spread the word and recommend Pawrade to anyone.
