My experience with Pawrade was amazing. They were extremely helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. The reason I gave four stars is due to the fact that my puppy was listed as a miniature poodle, but he is in fact a toy poodle - which I didn’t know until I had taken possession of him. The breeder stated that the puppy is a fifth generation toy poodle and she listed him as such. She says the error was Pawrade’s. I’m disappointed that he will be smaller than what I wanted, and may have a slightly different temperament. I was looking forward to having him accompany me on 30-minute walks around the neighborhood, but I don’t know if such a small dog will be able to do that. Otherwise, great experience.

We received Dagwood (Woddy) exactly two days from Missouri to California. The carrier kept us informed all the way. I am in love with this puppy and was shocked at how well he looks and performs. Thank you Pawrade for everything and I guarantee that this little fellow will have his dream come true.

I had a great experience, thank you. Everyone from Tara to Lois was very helpful and request I had was handled promptly and they were happy to help. Drivers were terrific too - arrived at 10 pm but they kept us updated while we waited. And Pavlov now Meatball is adorable and looks like a big teddy bear ❤️

Harper’s name was changed to Harlow. She arrived at 11:30pm she was a little nervous and tired. But this morning, she ate a little bit of food and drink water. She is so beautiful and I think she will be a precious addition to my family. She sleep in her own furniture-like crate/gate with lamb toy. Still sleeping on and off. Going to veterinarian in a few hours.

My baby died 3 days later and I still have no idea why. The vet is thinking parvo but having to do a necropsy is just awful. We are just heartbroken and want to know what you will do to help fix the situation.

If this was just based on the puppy it would be five stars. But it includes the customer service and communication from Pawrade which would be one star. So you are getting the average of 3 stars. Communication was robust up until the point of payment. After payment was made it was like pulling teeth to get answers. Messages had significant delays in getting replies and the replies given were vague copy and pasted generic responses. I was told that final clearance would be given by a vet and that I would be connected with the breeder on a Friday…on Sunday I’m trying to get ahold of them because no one followed through to make sure I had the info and was all set to travel. Given that I had to fly across country, which was totally fine, the lack of proactive communication was very frustrating. Poor communication and poor customer service are not acceptable given the significant price mark up. After I checked the direct breeder website, it was clear the prices were inflated by 300%+.

From the first contact with Emma, to the delivery from Elizabeth Powers, everyone was delightful: helpful, prompt and reassuring. We felt well taken care of and we LOVE our little chihuahuas! A couple of frustrations: coming from such a long distance, it's impossible to plan for hotels etc. when we don't know where the delivery will take place. So it would be great if buyers could get that info earlier. Also, I would have liked more pics and videos as we had to wait two months and there were moments when we started to wonder if these pups were real!
