I am very happy with parade and all the other companies Associated from the travel company and the financial companies. Everything went smoothly and I was told exactly what I needed to do step by step and what Pawrade was going to do as well. I had no troubles at all to speak of and I have a lovely beautiful Yorkshire Terrier.

Very long process with lots of online communication. 4 part process. The breeder, the broker, the payment people, and the delivery team. Everything was up front and open. Delivery team was the only slow process as far as the communication process. Pawrade and their staff was the best of all.
We had a great experience finding our beloved Freddie boy through Pawrade. Our new puppy is so friendly, happy and full of puppy love.
It has been such a wonderful experience to get my Fancy, through you. We picked her up yesterday and she is the sweetest puppy imaginable. She goes potty outside good and is such fun to watch run around outside. She has already become my sidekick. So happy and blessed to have her.

Despite this company’s claims against puppy mills, this sweet dog clearly came from one. Upon arrival, he was filthy, and sadly sustained a laceration to his nose during transit. Half his nose fell off as soon as the delivery van drove off. It was traumatic. We had to head to the ER immediately. At the ER, the puppy was diagnosed with skin rashes, a double ear infection, overgrown toenails that would cause scratching and further bleeding cuts, and our vet later confirmed giardia and coccidia. This puppy has clearly never been handled or outside a crate. His paperwork had issues that complicated his delivery, and the breeder’s signature is different on every form! Thank god this tiny puppy is going to get treatment and have a good life, but I would never recommend this breeder or this service again. Absolutely criminal.

We are so happy to have out new fur baby home. He is every bit as adorable as i saw in his picture. We just had to wait about a week longer than normal as the little peanut developed a runny nose. Everyone I dealt with at pawrades was so kind courteous and informative. I will surely recommend them. We had him transported to us and same with them. They kept us informed and were here right when they said they would. This was a very pleasant experience.
Her name has been changed to Sofie She is already loved by myself and Mimi the cat . Thanks to the people who brought her home . And all who helped get Sofie home to me ..Aase Munk …
