Everything went smoothly. The drivers were punctual and very polite. Felix's is doing remarkably well. Already ate a little and goes into his bed with his blanket, on his own. It is obvious Felix was well cared for. I am extremely pleased. Thank you for everything.

The Transaction went great all of the staff were very helpful with information that we needed. The previous owners were helpful and continue to want to stay in touch every one has a high standard in the care for the puppy. Our new puppy is in good health and very beautiful. Transportation company did a great job limiting the stress on our new puppy.

My husband was very skeptical about this transaction. We have been scammed by other people trying to get our "baby girl". I am so thankful for everyone associated with this business. Everything was very professional and our new puppy is so wonderful!! I would recommend pawrade to anyone looking for a new puppy!!

Excellent service. The only area for improvement would be to give me the address, or approximate, location of the breeder. It caused me a couple hours of delay since I was not sure where I was going outside of the general area. Our new puppy is great and is adjust well to her new home.

Arrived with GIARDIA in bloom...PetpAY will not reimburse us for the very costly fecal testing...though we are allegedly covered.. Nice pup...sad situation. Also~ did see him listed for much less than half his price on another site...only 2 days after putting down payment. Feel Duped! they would not allow us to break payment and pay fine..& purchase him through the inexpensive site.Problematic transaction ...and now arrives with GIARDIA! Brandon family...truly in shock!

I can't recommend this breeder more than I can. Some of it might be luck with the personality of the dog, but I definitely see the training and care the breeder took in Sully. I grew up with dogs and know some operations sell the dog as is. With Sully, he came socialized, potty trained and microchipped. I joke with my wife that the dog came fully loaded... haha.

First and foremost I am delighted with my new dog. As “advertised,” she presents as a well-cared for and loved little baby who was well-trained, even if only up until her 11th week. Moreover, throughout every step of this process the various concierges have been in constant contact to insure that any and all of my concerns were promptly addressed.
