My puppy was easy to get and came by van. The drivers let us know how they were doing with funny comments and let me specifically know when they would be at my house. The puppy came with all her papers. It was great!

Pawrade's process is pretty seamless. It was easy to get through the process, no doubt the staff is committed to excellence. The only thing is that the delivery service (a different company) is a bit slow in my opinion. The job is always easiest to the person who doesn't have to do it. I would ask the delivery company to send a picture of the puppy every day that they have him. That being said, my pup arrived in the time they said he would, and in perfect condition. The delivery person was super nice as well as everyone at Pawrade. I would say that any 8 or 9 week old puppy is going to be really cute, but this one went overboard in cute. I am so glad that I finally decided to make the call. This is one of the best things that I have done for myself in like forever. Thank you Pawrade.

I have had my little poodle puppy from Pawrade for about 6 days and every day I love her more. She is the sweetest little girl. Everyone I spoke with at Pawrade (Donna C, Katherine P, Cindy W, and the young lady who brought my puppy to me on American Airlines Nicole,) were very helpful and polite every step of the way.) There were some delays due to ground transportation not being available, but Cindy arranged for my puppy to be brought with a fight nanny (Nicole) and my little dog arrived on time in a little carrier that was just the right size. I was more than happy to get my little poodle. Only issue I had that upset me was how tiny and thin the puppy was. I could feel every rib and every vertebrae in her back. I took her to the vet that same day, and he agreed that she was very underweight. At the vets recommendation she is getting twice as much food and is improving a little bit every day. Please feed the puppies more so they won't be too thin, and the mother dogs too.

Pawrade made it very easy to adopt our puppy. The online portal and email and phone call follow up was very thorough and answered all my questions. We opted for delivery from the breeder in Indiana to New Jersey and it was turnkey. All in all it was a seamless experience and our beautiful puppy is wonderful and exhausting.

I was a little hesitant using Pawrade initially, as I've always purchased my other dogs from a breeder that I knew. But right from the first contact and request for information on a puppy that we fell in love with (the photo at least), we have had a great experience. Smooth, lots of communication, all of our questions were answered and we now have our new puppy at home with us! Would recommend.

We are elated to have our precious puppy, Emmy! Pawrade made the transition seamless. Great communication and took us step by step. Adored the lady who met us at the airport with Emmy as well. Our only disappointment was taking Emmy to the vet, they said she had a gnarly yeast infection that should have been picked up earlier. I spoke with someone at Pawrade and was supposed to be given an email to share my concerns but never did. It was a very expensive first vet bill. Other than that, loved our experience.

There were a lot of positives with Pawrade and its approach. The real problem is that my dog was advertised as a Toy size but he was not when we got him. Maybe they need to focus on providing accurate information.

In the end, we were delivered a healthy, happy, wonderful Jack Russell puppy. But the journey getting there was a little bumpy. First, there was a mixup of our billing and delivery addresses, which could have lead to a tragic outcome. Fortunately the Puppy Concierge service was able to quickly correct that situation. Then, the transportation pick up date was conflicted, with the transport company having one date and Pawrade another. Again…after a handful of telephone calls & texts(and the loss of some stomach lining), that got sorted out as well. The responsiveness of the Pawrade Puppy Concierge service was very responsive, but Pawrade’s attention to details and the communication between Pawrade and the Transport company could use some improvement. Do I recommend Pawrade? Yes…with the caveat that new puppy owners confirm, follow up and stay on top of all the details every step of the way.

Seamless process and great communication! Everything went smoothly and as planned. Thank you especially to our travel concierge Cindy who was patient with us while working through our travel arrangements. We had a lot of questions and everyone worked with us to get answers. It’s only difficult because you can’t meet your pet in advance to judge their temperament and their behavior. The more information you can provide in this regard the better. Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and the transaction was easy and professional! We had some issues with ticks and Giardia upon delivery, but they are in the process of working with their insurance to compensate for the treatment costs. Apparently these are common issues with breeders. Our new puppy is absolutely adorable and a delightful addition to our home! We were very happy with Pawrade and there professionalism!

Other than the late night arrival, everything has gone so well. We crated him for the first time last night close to our bed and he cried but not for long and then when I brought him in from his nightly potty break, he only squeaked once and then slept. He is a jewel and kudos to the breeders for doing such a great job of training and making sure he is healthy.
