I was so thrilled to receive my baby girl Gema. She will be the love of my life. The gentleman that delivered her did a good job. She seems satisfied with them. They took good care of her and I’m so thankful for that. Now she’s in my care and I will take wonderful care of her. She’s my little baby.
All was well but would have liked a little more time on phone with Breeder before Callis delivery about what to expect so I could prepare a little better as first time puppy owners . Thank you

I was very pleased with the service and of course the puppy! The communication was great and all my questions were answered promptly. The puppy is exactly what I expected and the delivery was very exciting! Even though that took longer than I expected! Would totally recommend Pawrade!!

Lily and I thank Pawrade and her breeder for the care, support, love, professionalism, kindness and communications provided during the adoption process. We are living the dream as companions for a long life together. Working with Parade was easy, rewarding and instilled confidence breeders were vetted by various standards and puppies were consistently checked for health, handling and environment. Pawrade and the breeder answered questions quickly, provided videos and pictures as requested and shared advice consistently allowing for a wonderful adoption. Lily was affectionate, happy and well adjusted from initial meeting on out. Obviously a credit to her first few months of life with breeder and family. Lily was a celebrity going through TSA with people commenting what a beautiful happy puppy. Will recommend Pawrade concierge service as a worthy tactic in acquiring a puppy from a good, reliable and caring breeder.

A few concerns. We purchased our dog based on the ad pictures. As soon as I paid I asked for more photos. At first they were so nice and said absolutely. I called day after day because nothing was sent. After a week of asking I was then refused photos and told that the breeder only sends pictures every 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to reach out again. I finally said I believe the ad photos I saw were stock photos and they did not actually have a dog for me and that’s why they could not produce any pictures. Eventually a few days passed 2 weeks later I received pictures. However, when I received my puppy that based on the birthday in the ad, she should have been 10 weeks. I took her to the vet the day I got her and the vet said, she’s at most 8 weeks. Confirming I did not actually purchase the dog in the ad photos. I also proactively had her checked for parasites the day we got her and she had both Giardia and hookworm and was very underweight. Best to just go right to a breeder

Juniper (now, aka BELLA) is PERFEFCT!! The delivery guys were also perfect!! However, I found some of the emailed communication to be difficult to follow. It would be helpful to explain the process up front, as someone like me has no clue what to expect regarding instructions. Bella is a smart, energetic Boston Terrier who desires to get into EVERYTHING!!! Thanks for the perfect little family member! Vet appointment is tomorrow afternoon.

Disappointed to say the least. The puppy had his facial hair chopped off due to “matting” per the breeder. The puppy was dirty and smelled horrible when picked up. When you are spending the amount of money we paid the puppy should be given a bath. Per the website and the breeder the puppy was socialized, social and happy. The puppy was terrified and has an extreme level of fear which isn’t improving which leads us to believe this puppy was not socialized to any degree. I was also informed the puppy was up to date on all vaccines. I took him to my vet and the puppy is not update on vaccines. The breed was listed as a mini bernadoodle which is incorrect as the mother is a miniature bernadoodle and the father a miniature poodle which would be a petite or micro bernadoodle. The vet certificate from the breeder labels my dog as a female when he is a male along with is rabies vaccine certificate labels the puppy as a female. The breeder told me to have my vet correct. Bad breeder=puppy mill!

Our new puppy was delivered on time, clean, relaxed and just beautiful. She is 8 weeks old and potty trained already! This is our 2nd pup from Pawrade. We love the delivery drivers sense of humor and the respect they show to their furry friends. Pawrade is the ONLY place to go if you want a healthy well trained beautiful family member. 😍 Thanks again Pawrade. You have our business forever.
