I appreciate how thorough you were, how much information gave me and how helpful you were getting me through the purchase of my sweet little pup. I cannot say enough good things about Pawrade. The process was so easy and smooth. From finding our new Aussie puppy to the transportation home, they were on point! And “Wags on Wheels”, their delivery service, was wonderful. Karen & Aaron kept us informed the entire trip and even gave Hogan a bath before they delivered him to us! If you’re looking for a new fur baby, Pawrade is who you want to use!!

I have been waiting to adopt the right second Shetland Sheepdog from Pawrade. Amber was very helpful in starting the process once I saw and wanted Brie. But I was surprised to be assigned a very unhelpful individual from Customer Service. After speaking to Pawrade they immediately assigned me to Lois. Lois was a true professional person and was so glad to hear her supportive demeanor. Reagean was my Travel Concierge and made it happen to have my puppy be delivered early week. The best was today when Wags On Wheels delivered Brie early morning. The two young men were truly caring of the puppies.

Ember (renamed 'Coco') is the second puppy we've secured through Pawrade. We acquired 'Stella' 3.5 years ago and had a wonderful experience. When we decided to expand our family with a second puppy, we immediately went to the Pawrade website; the rest is history! Coco was delivered by two polite and caring young men who provided all the information we required to get started raising Coco. Chances are good that we won't be growing our family any larger, but if we did, Pawrade would be our first choice.

We are in love! The experience was seamless. And our new puppy is already a valued member of the family. The only improvement would be to have contact with the breeder - I'm sure they would want to know how our pup is progressing over time.

The delivery was very smooth Galileo is GREAT!!! What was stressful for me were all the forms that kept coming I thought I signed them all and to find out I didn’t A little more personal contact would have been nice I am very glad I had your company available to find my dream puppy. I would use your company again Also I have shared your site with my friends and family. Thank you I Love my new Family member I do need to mention the stated price and what I was billed was 600 dollars different. And the sale code was not given.
