Overall, I was quite pleased with Pawrade and their help allowing us to adopt our Lulu. :) However, be aware the "date available" is NOT the date the puppy can go home to you, as I had thought. The puppy still needs a vet visit and then to be approved by Pawrade to leave the origin home. This was a bit misleading to me, as I scoured the website before purchasing to get their policies. Customer service reps were available at long hours during the day which was a benefit to me as a working parent trying to keep the purchase a secret until it was set in stone.

Theresa was kind and very helpful with all the required documentation and copies for me to keep of the completed forms. PAWRADE as a whole is a very easy company to interact with and the multiple times I have used your service I have never had to worry about any difficulties in transferring of the puppies from breeder to our ownership. We have enjoyed receiving puppy pictures of each one we have received through PAWRADE as they were waiting to be released.

I only had an hours notice for delivery which was 10:00 pm. He was dehydrated, drank multiple bowls of water, then ate a full bowl of food. I'm sure the 2 day drive had a lot to do with it. He is super hyper and needy, understandable.

I received a beautiful Yorkipoo puppy, Not one to say bad things about people so no personal names will be mentioned, however, whoever is in charge of "EXPRESS PUPPIES" routing doesn't have a clue how to route deliveries. I live in Central Florida and my 2.4 lb puppy was in their van for 3 days. They started in Kansas City Missouri from what I understand and delivered puppies as far south as KEY WEST they passed central Florida and went all the way to Key West and then dropped off my puppy at Midnight on the 3 day on their way back. First, I was told they would be here between 6 pm-7 pm. Then told 11 pm then the driver finally texted and said midnight. Then to top it off according to the dozen or more emails from Petpay, and Pawrade etc we were told we had to give her a bath as soon as she came into our home. OMG she was traumatized but we tried to keep her as calm as possible. This entire process is ridiculous, I could go on but I spent enough of my time dealing with them.

Delivery of puppy at a window of 2:45am and 4:45am is the only part of the process I can criticize. Not only did I and my household find the delivery time uncivil even with the reasonsing. But every family moment and friend were alarmed. And for $750 delivery service I would expect a delivery window of 6am-11pm How you can justify delivering a dog during sleep hours is wrong

I have waited to buy the puppy of my dreams and I used Pawrade and have the cutest, happiest, sweetest puppy ever! She is healthy and the whole process was amazing. They were constant communication and answered all my worried needs. Buying a puppy these days is scary with all the scams out there and I can say I have a happy and healthy puppy that is so loved and we are so excited for all the joy she will bring to our family. I got calls, pictures and support every step of the way and still have that support even after she made it to her forever home!
I have to give 5 stars! From the first phone call to the flight nanny was a great experience. I would highly recommend Pawrade. My new puppy Piper is such a joy. Thank you for everything

Lack of communication with the buyer. The buyer pays a good price for the puppy then there is no communication. Also, due to my age, I was not pleased by where we had to travel to, to puck the puppy up. I'm not sure if that information is on your website. It should be posted with the puppy's information. We had to drive 4 1/2 hours to puck ours up. Therefore, we left the day before and stayed overnight. I did not get the information and address until we were on the road. This was only because I called and begged for it. I was told at 1 point he was in Dayton, OH. Turns our he was in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Quite a difference apart. I did not meet with the breeder. His helper came out and just handed us the puppy. She had no information for us and could not answer our questions. The breeder told me on the phone to call if I had any questions. I did and he still has not returned my call.

Our puppy arrived too young and very sick. He was not going potty. He was not eating. When we took him to the vet within 12 hours of his arrival, he was lethargic and dehydrated. He has a bacterial upper respiratory infection. We have paid over $300 in vet bills to save him so far.

We absolutely LOVE our new havanese puppy. She came into our lives right on time due to a recent loss of a long time “soul dog”. Pawrade made the process so smooth and they were available for any questions and guidance. They communicated how to purchase the puppy, activate insurance, and even the results of her vet visit before travel. The employees are SUPER kind, supportive, and empathetic and I’m especially grateful for Ashlae, Emily, and Tina for being here for this new experience. The process may seem high, but I PROMISE it will be worth it for top tier service and an amazing new companion/fur baby.

My puppy was a day late coming to me. I never was able to speak with the breeder. I have no idea what food the transport people were feeding her. One of the vet reports put her breed as a cavipoo. I am a bit confused why. Can someone explain this to me.

Our experience with Pawrade was extremely disappointing. The process lacked transparency, and we ultimately paid significantly more than the amount indicated in the original invoices. When I reached out for clarification, I encountered unprofessional and unhelpful behavior from a representative named Emily, whose tone and unwillingness to assist made an already frustrating process even worse. Had I known in advance that customer support would be so limited and the final cost so unclear, I would not have chosen to work with Pawrade.

I purchased a puppy through Pawrade a couple of weeks ago. As instructed, I took him to the vet for his initial wellness check shortly after his arrival. During the exam, the veterinarian expressed concern over the puppy’s history of parasites, noting it was more extensive than what is typically observed. It’s troubling that the puppy showed signs of parasitic infection both before and after delivery, yet was still approved for transport. This raises questions about the integrity of the health clearance process. The situation has created a difficult and stressful environment, especially as I now have to isolate him from my other dogs to prevent further risk. Given the strict expectations Pawrade places on buyers, it is disappointing to see that those same standards were not upheld on your end. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending Pawrade to others.
