Emails and text messages notifying us what to do next was so great! Will definitely use them again if we are looking for another addition to our family. We are so in love with our sweet Hazel (Paige originally)! We have had her a week and she is already housebroken and very well behaved. My husband and I are retired and she is the joy and center of our life already. We have no grandchildren so she is both a new child and grandchild to us. We have never bought a pet through a company. Have always gone directly from a breeder. I had some anxiety in the beginning. But I could not be happier. A special thanks to Lois in customer service who also lives in Florida. She totally put me at ease and is an absolute sweetheart. Pawrade is lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks to all the wonderful people who also assisted from Pawrade for making our dream come true!
