The drivers that delivered our puppy were very good to keep us updated on their travels withe cute humorous updates about the puppies. It seems like there may be some transparency issues going on. My puppy, who I love to pieces, came to me with two birth defects. One was disclosed to me during the wellness exam, a small, umbilical hernia, but the second wasn’t. She is missing All five toes on her right front paw. If they found a small umbilical hernia and had me sign paperwork acknowledging that I knew about it, but said nothing about her right paw…. It’s not only a lack of transparency, but also misrepresentation.

So I did read many negative reviews about pawrade but I thought to myself that there are people who are never happy and always find issues. Well now that I had my experience I was wrong. They seemed great at first right up until the contract was signed. I had several questions and at first they were helpful but then they were not. They didn’t answer anything I had questions on. Also the delivery was a nightmare and actually put my health at risk. They delivered the dog at 2am. Now yes per the contract they make you sign it’s checked off that they will deliver when they arrive and no you cannot uncheck that box. Never did I think it would be 2 in the morning. So of course I lost an entire night of sleep because they don’t give you any updates on the delivery for days. It’s insane. I’ve had several outstanding phone calls that they said they’d get back to me with answers on but never did. I was trying to purchase things and I had questions and they never got back on many calls.

Communication nightmare! Once we sent full payment, communication came to a screeching halt. You are definitely left to twist in the wind until they are ready to give you information. It took two weeks from the time we made payment in full (not a small amount) until we got the puppy. We had zero idea when the dog was coming. They didn’t call and ask what day worked best for us just booked a ticket and we were expected to be there. We had personal air travel plans that had to be changed the morning of because we found out the puppy was being shipped. Once our transaction got to the travel concierge everything fell apart. Very frustrating experience!
