The process was simple yet complicated, hence the three star review. The company needs to streamline some of its communications. On top of being contacted by at least seven individuals from Pawrade during my transaction, it's now more complicated by having to deal with Metlife Insurance and their agents. I adore my puppy and could never leave a negative review because he's exactly as advertised, the process was just a little overboard. As well as the push to fill out a stupid survey as though it's the business model.

There were many moments I was concerned about fraud. I was concerned about the lack of accountability when I didn’t get information in a timely manner. Considering we were driving 9 hours that was unsettling. We love our new family member and am grateful everything worked out. Scams run rampant it was difficult to fully trust this process. I apologized to Tara because I was becoming concerned we were being scammed.

Pawrade was great. But could have been more up front when delivery of puppy would be. Felt like did not initially give day of delivery even though was clear would not be home on specific days. Then wanted to send puppy on day after leaving for vacation. Then I was told they might have to charge me another fee for changing a day even though all messages were clear. My puppy is beautiful and perfect just wish could have been easier and clearer makes you think your being deceived. Also told had to have my puppy seen 72 hrs after for guarantee and you can’t go to petco vet or hospital for wellness check well try getting into a vet in that time. You can’t so thanks for that guarantee it’s worthless. So keep that in mind. Unless you know you can make that appointment before the puppy comes home. But make sure you have the correct day of arrival good luck!!!!

I love my Izzy!!! (Tawana) She sleeps through night and is using outdoors for potty. These people were easy to work with and not pushy. She got here faster then I thought, since I couldn’t fly her here. All in all- good experience.

Hi, frankly I'm overall disappointed in my transaction with pawrade over all. My puppy is amazing and I love him already. However, his medical records still haven't been uploaded. I don't have any idea what vaccines he's had for me to give his new vet at our appointment. I was supposed to be told when he had his pre travel wellness check, I wasn't. When I asked through pawrade, I was met with messages that the breeder hasn't updated the information yet but when they do, I'll be notified. I have my pup now and I'm required to go to the vet per the agreement I've made with Pawrade, yet I have nothing to show them. I specially asked about his weight, question was never answered. As far as the travel goes, I was initially told he'd be delivered to me in the afternoon on Thursday (yesterday). It took me messaging the delivery company at 4pm asking for an update for them to tell me he'd be delivered around 8:30pm. More comments, this box won't allow more typing. Overall displeased.

The owner didn’t go over any papers with me didn’t sign anything didn’t ask me for ID. Nothing just handing me the puppy and basically drove off. She’s not potty trained in anything. I don’t understand this paperwork that I’m now supposed to fill out. I’ve tried to call and I can’t get through to anybody.

For all of the big deal made about the "extra health checks" I am disappointed. First, when I was told he would be picked up at the breeder I was told it could be up to 72 hours before he arrived at my door, WITH NO POTTY BREAKS, so he wouldnt be exposed to giardia/parasites. The guy who dropped him off said he DID have potty breaks! AND he said NOT to give the Nutrical! I couldnt get into my vet for 4 days after the arrival, thereby voiding my "health certificate'. Y'all also INSISTED that he was NOT to receive any vaccinations at the first visit, or it would void my cert as well. So, I took him to the vet yesterday and told them what I was told by Pawrade's "contract" and the vet said that if they didnt give him his next distemper he would be behind because he was given his first vax AT FOUR WEEKS, which is unheard of! WAY too young. Now today I get a call from the vet telling me he has full blown giardia and he has clearly had it before Saturday when he was dropped off. UGH
