We LOVE our puppy. The customer service is wonderful so far. I’m only giving 3 stars because our baby came with a big scab on his neck from a bite from his dad. This could’ve been disclosed during the conversation with the breeder. I specifically asked about temperaments of the parents. The baby also has a double ear infection but I was told that can stress from travel can bring out issues? The food on the puppy listing was incorrect and an expensive bag of food was purchased and I’m unable to return it because I opened it. We recently lost our little 6.5 year old rescue to complications from Cushings and Diabetes. We spent 5 years trying to get this guy healthy and give him the best life after being dumped. The reason why I decided to go with this company was for the vetting of breeders and reassurance we’d be getting a healthy and happy baby. I pray this little guy has had a wonderful first 5 months of life filled with love and care. He’s home now.

My cavalier, King Charles spaniel is the sweetest little girl. The breeder named her cricket. The first time of my life I've ever kept a name that someone else gave the dog, but she hopped around and is so lively and quick that the name FIT, everything in the purchase went smoothly. The delivery was nice. She was well taken care of and healthy

From start to finish it went rather smooth! The only thing that I wish was different is that they disclosed some important information that may have been not a big deal to some, but it would have been helpful to know. Removal of dew claws was not done. Other than that, she's really happy here ☺️

I’m happy with my new puppy & love her, but a little disappointed. When I first called about her I asked if she was an apple head chihuahua & was told yes, but she looks more like a deer head chihuahua. I love that she’s so tiny & hope she stays that way, but I never would have spent that much money for a deer head chihuahua. I also requested to speak with her breeder before I received her & that never happened.

I did not receive enough informatio. For instance did a bet give him his Vaccinations or was it the breeder? Why wasn’t his microchip registered. I didn’t know he was chipped until I took him to the vet..

Many wonderful moments with Pawrade. Most of the staff we communicated were very nice, friendly and helpful! Our puppy is wonderful and arrived in very good shape! However, there were a few things parade could have done to cut down on the extra/perhaps unnecessary anxiety that we experienced. Overall, the most important things were done very well and so far, it's been a great experience.

I'm very impressed with Pawrade for making my purchase of my new Chihuahua puppy (aka Blair by the breeder) such a streamlined and seamless experience. They provided me with the contact names and information for each step of the procedure and worked with the transport personnel regarding the approximate date and time when my little Mika girl would arrive at my doorstep. I could tell she was very well cared for during her journey from the breeder to my home and has been such a lively little bundle ever since. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone who has a serious interest in getting a new little furbaby of their own.
