I am beyond pleased with the amount of people involved to help families with getting a new member. The application process, the financial end, the policies and delivery service were so amazing! I was kept aware of everything that concerned our baby. So happy when he arrived! If ever needed in the future, this is definitely the route will go. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

The whole went smoothly and better than expected until we were set for a scheduled flight delivery and there was no night before (as scheduled) 3 way call. I reached out the day of to find original nanny not available and additional 2 day wait to receive puppy. I understand they fly stand-by but that was not the issue. Nanny was not even in the country and No one reached out to let me know. Poor scheduling and communication. The nanny that did bring my new addition was very through keeping me in the loop the entire trip and for that I am grateful.

Pawrade is extremely difficult to get a hold of on the phone once you have already reserved a puppy. I had many problems with incorrect delivery dates and a very sick puppy being delivered. The cost of care for my sick puppy is unbelievable and Pawrade will not issue me a partial refund for his purchase price. I won’t be recommending this company. Their response time for email, chat, and phone is terrible for existing customers. Only new customers interested in reserving can get through to someone in a timely manner. Their pricing is extremely high for the service you get and a puppy’s health is not checked sufficiently. I have a healthier dog from a shelter for a fraction of the price. The transportation company used kept pups in filthy conditions; my puppy was covered in feces. No one cares to stop and clean often enough during transport and dogs are left in their own mess and get infections as a result. This has been a terribly stressful ordeal as we are still treating our sick pup.

Communication could be a little better when it comes to delays and things unforeseen. Overall it was a great experience and couldn’t be happier with our new puppy!!!

Some workers very professional, reachable but others not. Received puppy at 1 am while asleep. Text delivery notice last minute had hallmarks of scam. Deleted. No control of time to receive puppy. Tested positive for parvo next day.$500 rx shot. Legal Fine print of warranty excludes in office test almost all vets use to start rx rather than 7 days usps. Thiis is a major puppy broker or “mill”. Most employees unaware and are good people. Without them, zero stars.

Honestly was a bit weary of using this site with so many scams out there. But on the flip side I had just had a horrible experience with getting a puppy by other means which lead to me having the puppy less than 48 hours before it passed from negligence on the other parties part. With Pawrade I do feel your experience is heavily influenced by which breeder you end up with. I was fortunate enough to have a great breeder who FaceTimed me with the puppy and would send updated pics when asked. She understood my last bad experience and agreed to hold the puppy for me a little longer to get her vaccinations which helped ease my worries about illness. I picked the puppy up and she was healthy and parasite free. My vets were pleased with her overall and love seeing her. Pawrade was good about communication even after payment was received and even after I picked up my puppy. I would use Pawrade again, although I wish there was a way to select the same breeder if you wanted to use them again
