Other than the late night arrival, everything has gone so well. We crated him for the first time last night close to our bed and he cried but not for long and then when I brought him in from his nightly potty break, he only squeaked once and then slept. He is a jewel and kudos to the breeders for doing such a great job of training and making sure he is healthy.

I love her! I was very happy with Pawrade. They communicated every step of the way. I only gave 4 stars because of some of the terms of the contract. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with them.

Bo a/k/a Max is doing great. He has already had his visit to the Vet and updated shots and he goes back to the Vet in September for a follow up shot. Max's tail we thought would be like his Mom is now curled so there is his Dad the Pug. He loves to play and run, he is very fast and mobile as he plays with are other puggle. Max will have the best care.
The entire process was extremely positive and the communication was excellent. Rose arrived safely and is everything we expected. Thanks so much. Dave
The receiving of Barney was excellent. It was the behavior of the dog afterwards that I am disturbed about. I couldn’t get near him to put his new collar and leash on to take him out. Is this normal?
Great from start to finish and I just LOVE my Heidi (Odessa) and after only 24 hours she seems to be right at home. Also, the breeder did a great job, showed her the pee pad once and she goes right to it now to do her business!

The two men from Wags on Wheels were wonderful. Tasha ( now Phoebe) is a wonderful 6 month puppy. I can tell someone has worked with her training. Alot to get through but Pawrade helpful throughout.

Excellent service. The only area for improvement would be to give me the address, or approximate, location of the breeder. It caused me a couple hours of delay since I was not sure where I was going outside of the general area. Our new puppy is great and is adjust well to her new home.

Well.............it was a bumpy ride. I had to be pretty creative in order to have better communication. I was lucky enough to have a conference call with the Breeder and Donna. Donna was the most efficient in getting back to me. I appreciated her in the end. Then came Express Puppies transport. Austin arrived early in the time promised. He was so nice. Then as the day went on Chewy Cha Colette started throwing up. I rushed her to the emergency room where she stayed over night. The Breeder did not do a wellness check before Austin took her on the road. She told me she was going to. Today Chewy is perfect. Bouncing around, wow, peed on her pee pad. She is now eating/pooping. When all is said and done+++++++Pawrade did a SWELL job. Trying to utlilize the 30 free day MetLife Insurance. Document everything people. Be vigilent in getting answers. I have paid the BIG bucks. Much more than I ever expected, but I have Chewy. yES, i gave 5 Stars.

We received great support and service from Pawrade. We were able to speak with the breeder, which calmed our anxiety. Emma and all the staff was great. Communication was timely and we received our sweet Gracie without issue.

Both puppies arrived this morning... Instantly bonded with my older dog, Ganja... The three of them played for hours with my adult dog showing the pups how to access the backyard, where the water bowls are, bringing them toys, even scolding the pups when they get into mischief... Wish I could attach photos of the three playing and exploring their new "forever home"... Much graditude to the breeder, Brandi, the critter transporters and Pawrade...
Working with Pawrade was a great experience. From the time we submitted a payment for our puppy, The communication flow was frequent, clear and detailed. I had many questions about the Pawrade process and about various methods of getting the puppy to us. Our Pawrade coordinator patiently and thoroughly answered all questions . Via our Pawrade coordinator, I was able to have a nice conversation with the breeder of our puppy, which help me make an informed choice. Transportation went great and our beautiful puppy is here. There were no surprises- all went as explained and expected. We couldn’t be happier!

I was kept up to date on process and given so much information about care of the pup, insurance and delivery. She arrived happy and healthy and is so adorable! Thanks to everyone who helped me !!!

I feel like communication could have been better and having calls returned definitely could have been better. Buying a puppy comes with a lot to do, I had a few questions while waiting for transport date that my calls were never returned. The transport company they use was absolutely amazing. They were in contact as much as they could and gave an accurate ETA for the puppy.

Even though I was very disappointed that the breeders vet documented my puppy not having a frontal lobe when in fact he did was a big concern for me… but we love Nacho “chip”(Bruiser) and he is well loved and adjusting well

I absolutely adore our puppy but Pawrade is absolutely terrible at responding and followup once you pay for the puppy. Secondly after receiving the puppy NO followup call either. They did NOT verify everything was done at the breeder- like microchip. They sure send you a list of stuff you've got to do but they don't check themselves. We chose to pick our puppy up and the breeder seemed very nice, but it was such a quick handoff it felt rushed.
