Out little bundle of joy arrived yesterday into JFK Airport and we have been enamored with her every since. She is perfect. Pawrade did a fantastic job of managing our journey. Our little pup checked out well at the vet and is currently getting adapted to our home and our pack. It will take some time, but we will get there. Overall the experience with Pawrade was smooth and they kept me up to date with information and answered questions. Overall it was a great experience.

We were very pleased with the process of adopting our puppy. A Pawrade representative was responsive to our request and informed us of everything we needed to do to get our puppy into our home. The website had the same information and the process was easy. We had our puppy with in a week. Thank You Pawrade for a surprisingly pleasant experience.
Love our new puppy, transportation went well and communication was clear all the way through the process.
Working with Pawrade was a great experience. Each step was quick and easy. My puppy arrived happy and ready to play and eat. She looks and acts like a very Healthy pup! I am very pleased with the entire experience!

Once we found the exact puppy we wanted, the process was easy. All questions we had prior to reserving Cecelia were answered quickly and clearly. Once we decided to buy the process was clear and professional. All expectations were very clear. Communication all the way through to delivery was prompt and clear. We went to pick up the puppy from the breeder. Pawrade was helpful working out a pickup schedule that worked for everyone. In the end the puppy was exactly as represented.
I had such a wonderful experience with Pawrade! The only hard part was waiting for Delilah who is now named Kona to be big enough to come home!! She is an absolute joy and we have already become best friends!! Thank you so much!!!

Overall I found the experience good. The two things I did not like was I did not receive invoices for payment until they were past due. Second the puppy was delivered at 9:30 at night. My son did not go to sleep until late because he was too excited for the puppy. I did ask the delivery people to wait until the next day but they would not listen.

Pawrade offered wonderful Yorkshire terriers and we now have had our Yorkie for 6 days. She is hilarious and loving. I had 3 difficulties with Pawrade's operations: First, they have a requirement that the dog have a vet evaluation within 72 hrs. of arrival at your home. Well, my dog arrived on July 2, obviously on the cusp of the 4th of July weekend. They refused extension of the requirement because of the holiday. My regular vet was closed and only by a small miracle, my long-term vet had a cancellation on 7/2, the date she arrived, so I was able to comply. So depending on when your puppy arrives, you may need to scramble to meet with this requirement. Second, there do not seem to be any options as to when your puppy is sent to you. Third, Pawrade uses a complicated (for some people) method of meeting their requirements--they are all electronic format and require uploading documents and photos. You may need assistance with this.

Lem and Danial from Wags on Wheels transported Coco from the midwest to California and kept in contact throughout our puppy's trip. Although she was only 12 week old, she traveled through many states with stops only to deliver puppies to other lucky families and for water,food, and potty breaks. Coco (not the breeder's given name but her new name) arrived happy, calm, sweet smelling and ready for all the snuggles that my two grandchildren and I could muster at 10 p.m. I have been thrilled with every step in the process of adopting our little Havanese puppy. The instructions about my obligations as a new puppy parent were clear and very helpful. Thank you Pawrade!!!
