I’m very impressed with your adoption process. It was very friendly yet professional. I was not impressed with the condition my puppy was in when delivered. Michelle(Gracie) was absolutely filthy! I bathed her 2 times and still could not get the “kennel” smell off of her. She had bald spots on her sides and back. However, she is a fiery little bundle of joy! Thanks again, Laura Patterson

Great experience overall. Team was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend that team members not speak on speakerphone or where you cannot hear them - had that issue a few times with some members. The beginning process was great but the finale was a little confusing and communication not as great as it was initially. However, we are more than pleased with our puppy and the process overall.

It was a very good experience and everyone was so helpful! I’m so thankful for the quick responses and all the information. The only thing I didn’t agree with is that the insurance was pushed and the certain food was required. Overall we are very pleased.

We searched all over to find a Puggle puppy. The only ones we could find were thru Pawrade and a breeder in Ohio. We were nervous because we’ve never bought a puppy without physically seeing it but we are so thankful we did because our sweet puppy is the perfect addition to our family. The whole process was very streamlined and easy and the communication was exceptional.

In the beginning there is a lot of communication from Pawrade about the puppy about who to contact for assistance, etc.. and things were good. Then when I made the final payment there was no more communication. As the date came closer I wanted to know if my puppy had passed her medical exam and I called the number I was given on one of the emails and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I left an email and it did not get answered. I felt as though I might have been scammed. Just 3 days prior to my pick up day for the puppy I called again after NOT hearing from Pawrade or having a final confirmation of the pick up date and the person on the phone said she did not know anything yet. I told her I was calling the Better Business Bureau because I have it in writing from your company that I should have this information. Two hours later I had all the information. It would have been a better experience if there were a couple of emails saying where we were in the process.

From the start, the transaction has been seamless. Our first contact Tara was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the program was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Our second contact Emily (I think was the name) wasn't as communicative and her responses were much shorted and less detailed as Tara's, but we did receive the information we were seeking, so that was okay. Delivery time: Tyler and his co-worker were very professional and courteous. They kept us notified along the way of their estimated arrival, and even arrived sooner than expected, letting us know they were ahead of schedule. We are very happy with our new puppy and appreciate everyone that assisted in connecting us with Peach. We will love her and take great care of her. Yuki our white Pom loves her and they have been playing since Peach arrived. We will recommend Pawrade to all of our friends and family that may be in search of a new fur-family member. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts.

Cody (name change from Alfredo) is actually the 12th Cavalier King Charles pup I have purchased from Pawrade. He arrived in good health and well socialized. In fact, when he arrived he snuggled up to me right away. This was true of all the pups that I purchased from Pawrade and why I kept going back. I am retired and enjoy having my pups around to keep me busy and to keep me company. Right now, we are all out in the back yard. The pups are playing and I am supervising! If you are looking for new pup, Pawrade will help you through the process!

Saoirse is a beautiful puppy. She's more than welcome could have asked for. Thank you. The many steps, websites, requirements, people, etc., were very laborious and made the transaction very anxiety. I felt like I would be in jail or have a dead dog if I didn't order the food, glucose, etc., you seemed to require. This puppy is healthy a as a horse and I have enough experience to know if something was wrong with her because if travel. She doesn't like the $19.00 tube of stuff I had to order so my money was wasted. I think her breeder did a fabulous job giving her a good start. She is exactly what we had looked for for months.

We are more than pleased with how our purchase of our little pug puppy was handled. We were kept informed as to what the breeder needed from us and the contract we signed was very clear and professional. Our little boy is exactly what we wanted and everyone was very nice from start to finish. Having our little guy driven out here from Arkansas was also handled very quickly with no problems and no surprises. I highly recommend Pawrade!

We named her Aerial and got her for a service dog. She is so smart. We already have her rolling over, sitting, giving us her paw. And when she runs we tell her to jump she jumps in our arms. And she paticakes and rings bell to go outside. We love her very much. We take her everywhere we go. We haven't left her by herself. Thank you for such a wonderful puppy.
