For all of the big deal made about the "extra health checks" I am disappointed. First, when I was told he would be picked up at the breeder I was told it could be up to 72 hours before he arrived at my door, WITH NO POTTY BREAKS, so he wouldnt be exposed to giardia/parasites. The guy who dropped him off said he DID have potty breaks! AND he said NOT to give the Nutrical! I couldnt get into my vet for 4 days after the arrival, thereby voiding my "health certificate'. Y'all also INSISTED that he was NOT to receive any vaccinations at the first visit, or it would void my cert as well. So, I took him to the vet yesterday and told them what I was told by Pawrade's "contract" and the vet said that if they didnt give him his next distemper he would be behind because he was given his first vax AT FOUR WEEKS, which is unheard of! WAY too young. Now today I get a call from the vet telling me he has full blown giardia and he has clearly had it before Saturday when he was dropped off. UGH

The delivery fee was $749. For that amount I expected someone to rush her here from Dallas. Not to be the case. She was one of 14 dogs that were distributed about the US. Nonetheless, she arrived in great condition, neither dirty nor smelly.

Very happy with Pawrade. Very helpful from reserving my puppy through receiving in Maryland. Updated flight status. When his flight was cancelled, he was driven to me through Express Puppies service. It took a three days trip for transport but the transport service kept me updated throughout my pup’s journey. Would definitely recommend Pawrade. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Thus was a wonderful experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Riley's name is now Akiva and he is doing so well. No problems from the trip. He played and explored for 2 hours then took a 3 hour nap! He us a big cuddler!

Pawrade is an amazing company to work with as far as giving you all the information in regards to the dog or puppy you have selected; then they verify all information and send forward the information that will assist you with a successful arrival and continued success with your new pet. I really appreciate all that they do and how they have a system in place for getting you your pet in good condition from the breeder and the transport company also was very punctual and keep you informed as to the arrival. I see some negative comments on the Internet about Pawrade. Undoubtedly, these people had some misunderstandings. My experience was flawless. The dog was delayed in delivery by the puppy's veterinarian because he had some bruising to his face and needed treatment before shipping. Outside of that, he arrived on schedule in great condition. Pawrade and Petpay were both in constant communication with me through each step of the process. Documentation and transfer of ownership were seamless. No one, including the breeder, Pawrade or Petpay, was operating any kind of scam, of which there are so many these days. I highly recommend Pawrade and its associated companies.

The entire adoption process was very well organized and informative until my pups travel departure day. All communication had stopped from pawrade. I sent messages and emails with questions and received no responses. I was highly disappointed how this process came to a close.

Bubbles travel was pretty bad. Our Pawrade travel rep was fantastic, and she had the same frustrations we had with the breeder and nanny. We received an email late Weds night to expect Bubbles at Dulles Airport at 11:50 the next day. Prior to leaving, we were added to a group chat between the Breeder and Nanny. We were redirected to Reagan National Airport at 5:14PM, and then later we were changed to 9:44 PM. No sooner than we changed our plans, we were told that the next available pickup was at BWI (about 75 miles away) later in the evening. Finally after complaining, we had an arrival at Dulles Airport at 12:44 AM. Bubbles had dried poop stuck under her tail, and her little blanket was so urine soaked we threw it away at the airport. We got her home at 02:30 AM, and bathed her immediately. Poor little thing was traveling way too long. Now compare this to Koda, who was transported by Wags on Wheels, delivered to our door, and they bathed him right before they delivered.
