Pawrade handled the inquiry, transaction, and transportation well, however, I feel that the breeder of Jess should be reviewed because your policy is no puppy mills, but I question that Jess did not come from a puppy mill. We will get Jess on the right track and we love her very much.

We are so happy with our little guy who we renamed Charlie. He is so happy, he loves toys. His first night was perfect! We got him up to pee every two hours and he pee’d on a pee pad and went right back to his crate. He’s perfect, thank you!!

The end outcome has 100% awesome for me.... There are steps and things people have no clue how to deal with because it's all online. But I will say when you looking for a life long doggie and relationship...this is the way to go. I can say that "Jax" is so so so much more then expected. Deal with good breeders, get good doggies. I have a great one and can't wait to experience the feature with him. Good luck to all and if you want to hear and see more...ask

I am quite pleased with Pawrade. There are two things I would say could be improved & that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The overall information about the processes could expand more. I wasn't quite sure about how the purchase and delivery of the dog actually went. Know that Pawrade didn't handle the delivery but it was confusing. No information came from the breeder about how much & how often to feed the puppy. That is why I would like to talk to the breeder. Know that's why the breeders use you - to keep the buyers away. I didn't ask Pawrade since I thought the breeder would send some instructions about feeding and anything else relevant which they did not. Thank you.

Theres too many people involved in the process. I must have dealt with 4 or 5. This complicates things as multiplecopies of documents get sent with instructions. It becomes very confusing. Recommend, one person start too finish.

Pawrades Customer Service was great keeping me informed. I was really disappointed that she didn’t arrive on June 10. That was my understanding but she didn’t get here until the 12th. She seems to be afraid of walking through the house. I have to convince her with treats to follow me. She refuses to eat the nutri source, it’s as if she never had it before. She is healthy according to my vet, so that is great. She is adorable and I love her.
