We couldn’t be happier with our experience adopting a mini dachshund puppy from this incredible company. The team at Pawrade was professional and courteous. We knew immediately that they had the best interest of our new fur baby in mind with the questionaire they had us complete. They have worked hard to answer any questions we have, provided best practices in getting our puppy settled in her new home, and making sure her needs continue to be met. Great Experience all around. From beginning to end. I’m so pleased. I was skeptical because I you just never know and I just didn’t want to give money away or get my hopes up and receive not what I paid for but every step of the way was great communication and in the end our puppy is adjusting incredibly well. Process worked out flawlessly. Delivery was terrific, arrival right on time, as well. I am thrilled with my selection. Gwen has been renamed to Reddbone Amythyst, and she adjusted extremely well. Seemed as if she commuted from the adjacent town and not 22 hours per day. Your msterisls prepared me for the journey and I will be recommending you to friends and family. Thank you kindly.

I was very pleased with every aspect of acquiring Alexander. And I was very impressed that Pawrade vetted me thoroughly... it's good to know that Pawrade makes sure pups go to good homes. The delivery service, Wags on Wheels, was outstanding. Communication with Pawrade and with Wags on Wheels was excellent throughout the entire process. Alexander and I are very happy. I initially planned to adopt from a local shelter but decided we needed to be able to select by breed and age, so did a bit of research to find an ethical, puppy-first option and found Pawrade. From my initial inquiry, Pawrade provided useful information and in digestible format, not just about the process but also about how to care for the dog. We were impressed by their attentiveness and care for the dog’s wellbeing, and we felt well-informed throughout. We’ve had our new dog now for about a week and the whole process of adopting went very smoothly

The process was seamless. I spoke with the coordinator, who explained everything thoroughly, so expectations were set early on the purchasing, exams, transportation, and arrival. The instructions on when Bailey arrived were very clear. Our dog is perfect and we love her. I appreciate the breeder sending enough food so we can transition her food (the food is not available to purchase online, or is not delivered to New Orleans). I would recommend Pawrade in the future.

Our interaction with Pawrade was 5 star from beginning to end. Everyone was professional, patient and knowledgeable. The 2 young men who delivered our pup were kind and gentle and kept us informed throughout the journey. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pawrade!
Pawrade was so great from beginning to end. They stayed on top of all the details and the process was amazing. My puppy arrived in great health and without issues. They’ve contracted with transportation experts and that process also works without a hitch. I recommend Pawrade completely. You won’t be disappointed!

Overall, majority of the process was pretty easy and smooth. However, there were several instances where they were gaps in communication. One major gap was the original information for the air transport made. It appear as if you were physically meeting someone with your pup. Nowhere in the instructions did it tell you you needed to go to priority cargo to pick up the pet. Yes, it tells you a tracking number to track the cargo but it never says how to obtain or even who you should ask for. When I attempt it to make a phone call to the number on the website as well as the number that has been calling me throughout this process or the number in the messages and emails I did not get a single person to answer. It wasn't until my 7th attempt on the day that I am actually sitting outside of the airport trying to figure this out that I got someone who was able to explain to me after she spoke to someone in the travel department. Overall, the experience was great.
