I was more than impressed with my experience with PAWRADE. The website was easy to search and navigate, they had a large number of puppies listed for adoption (lots of choices). Puppies' profiles were very complete and informative. The representative called me back quickly after I sent my inquiry. She addressed all my questions and concerns and provided a lot of good information that helped me to narrow down my choices. The reservation process was straightforward (lots of forms). There was plenty of communication from the reservation time until my puppy was delivered to me. I felt Pawrade was a reputable dog adoption provider and they deal with reputable breeders.

What a great experience! From start to finish Pawrade is amazing! It can be a little nerve racking paying so much for a puppy then waiting 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, but EVERYTHING was spot on and above all everything was done with our puppy's best interest in mind! THEY CARE! Our puppy is strong, healthy and AMAZING! Great job on the breeders! Wow! She is INCREDIBLE! And the Pawrade staff on communications & updates! A HUGE shout out to the puppy delivery guys! That had me a little worried too, but they transported her at the absolute best time (evening, overnight, into the morning) and sure enough she was delivered right to our doorstep! There was someone in charge every step of the way. Very professional! Very quick turn around time in returning calls. Pup delivery system needs to be revamped. Getting a pup delivery at 10pm, midnight or 3 am is bad for the pups as well as bad for the customer. Perhaps one delivery van for each area (Michigan, Chicago......) and leave Ohio earlier.

Our experience with Pawrade was excellent. From start to finish, I couldn't ask for more. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I had done alot of research prior to choosing Pawrade. I will highly recommend them. Receiving Blaire (renamed to Remi Jo) has been a dream come true. She is so loved and will be taken care of forever. I always tell people I want to be my dog; loved and spoiled. Thank you to everyone involved with her delivery.

Everything has gone beautifully. After only two hours of arriving, the puppy was playing with our other dog. He has been eating, drinking and going to the bathroom without any problems. He has acclimated wonderfully!

I would like to thank everyone at Pawrade for all the help that was given to me when I got my new pup Rex(formerly known as Elton). He has been here 2 days and is a great joy to have in our family. I was scared in the beginning of being scammed, but I wasn’t. They were true to their word. I picked my dog, it was delivered in the time they stated and the dog has been amazing!!! He was clean, and healthy. We were very impressed. They made the process so easy. We love our baby and could not have been happier! Thank you Pawrade for making this a great experience!
