“The process was pretty straight forward. Whenever I had a question I was always was able to get ahold of someone whether it be on the phone or a message. Margot* aka now Prada is such a sweet pup and so very smart. It did take about 3 weeks for her to be delivered to me but I would definitely buy again from here.”

The drivers were amazing and communication and updates were appreciated. She is getting along with her fur sister and brothers. She will be loved as much as her siblings. The communication was top notch from the first contact ( March 21) until the delivery driver was texting and calling us prior to our baby’s arrival. (4/5/25) when I asked for a photo of the parents it was texted immediately. And our puppy came to us clean and healthy. “Very nervous using a website and paying so much upfront. But it was a relatively worry free process. We received our puppy roughly 3 to 4 weeks after i first reserved her. People from both pawrade and the travel department communicated with me very promptly. We've taken our little one for her first vet visit. Everything checked out fine. She is cuddly, very feisty and already capturing the hearts of everyone in our family!!”
