So my 11 year old daughter sent me this website as part of her report to me as to why we should get a dog. I was the holdout in the family. We bought our puppy on Good Friday. Then I saw some negative reviews and freaked out. I cancelled the order and tried to call, but I thought I didn't reach anyone (On Easter, no less). However, I now see that they called back immediately after I'd called, and left a voice mail I hadn't discovered. When I talked with them, they were more than helpful with the questions I had about the no puppy mill pledge and the response time. My case manage gave me her direct line and hours and let me know I was within my rights to cancel if I still wanted to do so. Apprehensively, I went ahead with the order. Well, our new family member has been with us for a week, and he is great! We went to pick him up and it was a reputable breeder, not a mill. He's sweet and healthy, and Pawrade has been very responsive and helpful. Glad I went through with it! No Regrets!

For the most part, our experience with Pawrade was positive. We had a point of contact at every stage. There was some frustration at certain points with delays in response, but overall the process was very good. We love our new puppy already.

Our little puppy Bella is incredible and the hand off and communication with the flight nanny was top notch! Stan was the flight nanny and had to take the puppy to his house because he was bumped from his flight! He bought her food and took great care of her!

Anastassia in Miami is the breeder for my new doggie—a copper-colored teacup poodle, all of 2 lbs and 3 mos old. I am so happy! Could not be happier with this little girl. We named her Cholula. She is saucy. Very healthy puppy came to her forever home at 12 weeks knowing how to fetch a little ball, crate comfortable and almost housebroken knowing all about a dog door. I could see she came from a good breeder due to these skills and her health and structure is great per her vet visit. Already in love!

I am extremely pleased with the real communication I had with Pawrade. Multiple phone calls from the people responsible for each step of getting Cookie to us. I could always reach someone with any question to actually talk not relying on texts. I know she was safe and in good hands. Yes, she arrived at 2:30 in the morning but it meant she had the least possible travel time in the crate. She was even bathed before she arrived. Great transport service. Great job, Pawrade.

Everyone I came in contact/worked with throughout the process were so incredibly helpful and responsive. I really liked how thorough they were when it came to every aspect involving proper care of the puppy before and after he officially joined our family. We are SO happy with our pup. He is SO loving, silly, and adaptable. He was also in such good health when he arrived. He was clearly well cared for prior to joining our family

She is fantastic. I thought she would be nervous and stressed when she got here, but she was happy, lovable, spunky, she ate and drank, and no accidents in the house. I am so glad she was potty trained before she moved here.

This has been the worse experience No communication I have a dog that clearly cane from a puppy mill He has been abused Never ever recommend your company Not to mention you charge to much for a dog not even AKC registered although I have ask for my money back and to return the dog No reply
