My new little family edition could not be more perfect. The experience was positive, and I felt connected during the entire process. I was not able to pick up my little girl at 8 weeks - she was almost 12 weeks old when I personally picked her up from the breeders. So, the additional pictures, the zoom call, and Emily (with Pawrade) were all terrific! TY so very much!!! I love my new little maltipoo & she has been just what I needed after losing my other little girl last year.

Very good experience overall. Very responsive communication with emphasis on details. Requested a virtual meeting with the puppy before purchase, which was accommodated. Requested more specific information at handoff plus a rag or towel with the litter's smell, also accommodated. Mistaken charge at checkout with Petpay was corrected and refunded. This is the first time I purchased a pet online without meeting her in person, so I think it went well!
