Your process was easy and simple. The delivery man simply adored her, and after a day of jet lag she was her bouncy self again. One suggestion: could you offer some puppies a little older? She can ‘t go out because she is not fully vaccinated, which makes housebreaking a bit of a challenge. The paperwork was a bit confusing because duplication of material meant I did not know whether I had omitted something.

"I had a wonderful experience with Pawrade. Everyone that helped me with the adoption process were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took me through step by step and were extremely patient. The adoption process was smooth and well-organized. They provided detailed information about my new pet's history, health, and care needs. The transportation was set up for me and my pup was very well looked after and I was kept updated on his expected arrival. Pepper (formerly known as Kingston) has settled in beautifully at home. He had a perfect wellness check at his new vet and was already fully vaccinated. All he needs is to be neutered in a few months when he is old enough. I can’t recommend Pawrade enough, to anyone looking to adopt a new friend. “Thank you for helping me find my perfect companion!"

The process was near perfect. There was a delay in the flight, no fault to Pawrade, but American Airlines never updated the AWB so I had to call American Airlines directly to make sure the puppy made the delayed flight. They were very quick to assure me he was on board but would have liked the AWB to be updated or Pawrade to update me directly. Also, his crate was very small for his size. He wasn't able to turn around and his face was nearly touching the front of the crate. I would inform the breeder to ship in a larger crate next time for comfort of the puppy.

Horrible communication, lack of service, no empathy towards issues that were numerous. Some rude management. No one ever picks up the phone. Only useful when they want documents signed or money. Never again also have been spreading the word about the experience. Do better

Holly Holly Holly!! Was amazing. Answered my questions within minutes every single time. We are so happy with our puppy. She came from a good family and can tell she was taken care of prior to us getting her. If I could do it all over again I would!! Overall great experience.

My review is difficult to post. The day before my dog was going to fly out to me I was informed that they MISGENDERED my dog. How is that even possible? TBH the sex didn’t matter, but when I asked for some refund since the mail dogs are $400 cheaper than the female dogs, I was only given $100. For me I feel like I was ripped off but that’s where I’m torn because I love this dog. I am still owed at least $300 more. Let’s see if I get it.

We got our Laila home early this morning! She was so happy and was well taken care of during her transportation. We just finished our vet health check and she is in perfect health! The vet and everyone fell in love with her. She is so adorable and we are so happy to have her as part of our family. Pawrade definitely surpassed all of my expectations. Thank you for helping us during our pet search, she is exactly what we were looking for!

We named her Peanut because she is a little peanut. Sometimes things became kind of Markey. WE mostly conversed by text to people that were in different states and in spite of asking several times we got little or no answers. We were getting concerned. We drove down to Arkansas to get her. We had to meet the breeder at a gas station I really wanted to see where she was raised and her parents. We love her now. The vet check up was fine so all is good. My one concern was a lack of transparency

The service prior to reserving a puppy is outstanding. A pleasant rep answers the phone every time you call and responds to text messages with helpful responses. After you reserve a puppy, getting help is subpar. Nobody answers the phone. You have to leave a message. It takes days for a response, if one ever comes. I found that very disappointing considering you pay a premium to use pawrade to find a puppy vs finding a breeder independently.
